• Lots of activities for the kids.
• Did not have a restaurant, just a marketplace food stand.

• The very beautifully and meticulously landscaped setting.
• A bit far from certain tourist attractions. But the seclusion could view as an asset.

“We had a marvelous romantic weekend here. There is a fantastic restaurant at the clubhouse across the street I am told it is the only 5 diamond five star restaurants located in a residential resort community in the USA. It is not within walking distance to much other than the golf courses but it was a cozy hideaway within an easy drive to many of the attractions in the Williamsburg area. Would recommend it highly. A good value overall.”

• So peaceful and well manicured.
• The unit I chose was too small and did not have a patio or porch.

“We stayed in the small studio for 1 week. It was clean well stocked and for what we paid, a fantastic deal. The property and staff was exceptional. I hope to return and hope to stay in a larger unit with a porch.”

• Absolutely BEAUTIFUL Setting, Amenities
• Could be a touch cleaner, Would love room service

“The grounds on which this is set is absolutely gorgeous!! I highly recommend! We had a 2bd, 2bth Master Condo. The Master Suite had a 2 person jacuzzi tub, which was wonderful!! The 2nd bed is set on the opposite side of the condo, w/ the living/dining room between. There is a privacy door, full bath, and a washer/dryer. There was also a screened in porch, which was perfect to enjoy while reading the daily delivered paper and listening to the endless variations of birds among the expansive mass of trees throughout the colony. LOVED IT! I will definitely return!”
