• For the location (right by a major warehouse delivery center), it was back in an area surrounded by trees, so you weren't reminded of where you were.
• Primarily a hotel for truckers.

“We didn't feel as safe and at ease as we have at other Columbia area properties. Even the hallways weren't air-conditioned, which surprised me. I would prefer not to stay at this la Quinta hotel in the future.”

• Clean rooms and friendly staff.
• Located in highly industrial area.

“Hotel was all right. Location was terrible. Truckers heaven, big rigs on street outside hotel. And major distribution warehouses within 1/2mile.”

• The room was clean and kept up, which made it more comfortable.
• The air conditioner below the window leaked on the carpet.

“Overall, the hotel was well worth the stay. It's location made it out of the way of high traffic areas and was centrally located around areas that I needed to be. I would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.”

• Took very good care of my mother with her limited moving ability.
• Waffle stuck to the griddle. (My fault though).

• The service was great. Hotel staff was really friendly, courteous, and professional.
• Its located between wash DC and Baltimore, but there is nothing there.

“The service was great. It took a few seconds to check in and get my keys (the paperwork was done already). Then, because I arrived late, the restaurants in the area were closed so the staff person went into the back to get us some bagels, and juice, and cookies too. The rooms could use a table but it was quite comfortable. The hotel was pet friendly and very clean. It was a relaxing hotel experience.”

• Great location.
• They allowed someone to bring-in a barking dog and I had to move my room to another floor.

“This hotel is very clean and has a nice lobby with marble counters and nice floors. It offers a continental breakfast in the morning time with a waffle making griddle as it's star attraction. The beds are nice and firm and the rooms are all equipped with nice TV's, black out curtains and heating/AC units to control the temp of the room.”

• The gentleman working evening shift is a very dedicated and sincere employee and is pleasant to meet.
• Tiny coffee cups.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is clean and well maintained. Staffs were all pleasant and courteous.”

• Had an issue with the toilet that wasn't addressed, after a second call to front desk I was given another room.

• I liked the fact that we asked to be upgraded in our rooms and they complied immediately and without charge.
• Our reserved rooms were cramped and tiny. Fortunately the hotel upgraded us all.

“La Quinta was just fine. Not in a great area, but fine. Fortunately they upgraded us and we had good rooms then. If no upgrade was possible, it would have been a terrible stay.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unexpectedly sufficient. For a short, one day stay I was pleased and would hope to get this hotel again.”

• The allowed us to check in a bit early, which helped us a lot.
• There were too many high school kids there, no room at the breakfast room.

“We used this hotel while attending a Baltimore Orioles game. It was only a short ride to the ball park, and had some restaurants close by. We spent a nice night, very quiet, with a comfortable bed.”

• I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff made sure you had coffee, and anything else you needed.
• Angela, the front desk clerk not a people person at all. If I rated the whole place on her it would not be good.

“This is a great place to stay. I loved that it was quiet and off the main road. I would stay here anytime. I will tell everyone I know about my stay.”
