• Not happy at all.
• No response from manager after my complaint, had to ask again to change room.

“Hotel was apparently overbooked as I stated, not happy with the no response from the manager, room was changed after I complained again, poor response from hotel management.”

• Excellent complimentary breakfast.
• The staff need to be more friendly.

“Overall, this hotel is not bad at all. It does worth the money spent. However, the employee need to be train to be more friendly to the customers ( not all, employee who in charge the breakfast rush is such an angel).”

• It had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
• The housekeeping staff was not good.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable with decent amenities. However the housekeeping staff was not up to expectations. We stayed 3 nights and the first day towels were given, beds were made and garbage picked up. After that we were not given any new towels, tissues were left empty, garbage pails left full. Only the beds had been made. We had to have the front desk deliver tissues and toilet paper to the room.”

• Terrible highway travel to our final location, Hershey Park.

• It was easy to get to where we were going.
• There was a slight odor in the room.

“This hotel met our needs. The only thing we did not like was that there was a small odor in the room. Our pillows smelled after we checked out.”

“Very dirty old rooms. Husband jumped out of bed cause he felt something crawl on him. Then in AM found silverfish in bathroom. I would never stay here. Mold in bathroom. Ceiling was falling apart.”

• Close to Hershey/restaurants/downtown.
• No pool, short breakfast hours, beds were not comfy.

“Nice and clean for an overnight after Hershey. I wouldn't suggest it if you are going to spend a lot of time at your hotel. Did have coffee maker, shampoo, nice towels.”

• Checked in at 6 but room was not ready for at least an hour.

• Rooms were smelly and is not kept clean and well maintained.

“This hotel stinks. It is the low end of the economy hotel. I don't think the Quinta should continue to franchise or own this hotel. It is bad for its brand.”

“The squalor of this hotel was only outdone by the inept staff. The rooms were small, the linens old and dirty. The hotel was quiet and somewhat conveniently located but I expected better.”

• No towels or toilet tissue in the restroom! Had to call desk 3 times.

“We had to call the front desk 3 time for toilet paper. When they never showed up we went down for it ourselves!”

“Quiet motel, close to Hershey Park & attractions. Excellent location & price. Good if you just want a quiet, clean place to sleep.”

• The hotel was inexpensive and close to my destination.
• The hotel room was dirty. The breakfast ended too early and was too crowded. Also, there wasn't a pool.

“This hotel wasn't a 2 1/2 star hotel. It was basically the same as a Motel 6.”

• Run down, not especially clean, asked for a non smoking room and had a smoking room.

“This facility is not a 2 stars. Its overall appearance and condition puts it in the same league as a Super 8 or Motel 6. Maybe it is expecting too much for the room carpeting to have been replaced during this century, but I don't think replacing it during the last century would be asking too much. This is not what I expect.”

• Staff was friendly.
• Room was clean but stained. Boring location. Nothing to do. Breakfast was limited.

“This is fine for business but otherwise it is boring. There was no fitness center. No pool. Breakfast a little below average. Room clean but it had cigarette burn marks on the counter, stains on rugs, etc. One ice machine on second floor. For the price and a quick 2 night stay it was fine. Nothing to brag about. Staff was very friendly.”
