“The hotel bedding was dusty room smelled like smoke it was a non smoking room they left the windows open to air out the floors wasn't clean there was rust places in the tub the bed wasn't made.”

“This hotel needs to step up with the cleaning. Tables and TV were very dusty. I had to clean the coffee pot before use. There were no hangers in the rooms. The cups they left the 2nd day were not wrapped in plastic. The soda machine took $1.50 from me and I received no product. The night time person at the desk was of no help, he had no clue what to do. The sheets on the bed seemed to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a micro-fridge which was nice to have, even though the turn table in the microwave didn't work.”

“Overall, this hotel is not bad at all. It does worth the money spent. However, the employee need to be train to be more friendly to the customers ( not all, employee who in charge the breakfast rush is such an angel).”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable with decent amenities. However the housekeeping staff was not up to expectations. We stayed 3 nights and the first day towels were given, beds were made and garbage picked up. After that we were not given any new towels, tissues were left empty, garbage pails left full. Only the beds had been made. We had to have the front desk deliver tissues and toilet paper to the room.”

“Very dirty old rooms. Husband jumped out of bed cause he felt something crawl on him. Then in AM found silverfish in bathroom. I would never stay here. Mold in bathroom. Ceiling was falling apart.”

“Nice and clean for an overnight after Hershey. I wouldn't suggest it if you are going to spend a lot of time at your hotel. Did have coffee maker, shampoo, nice towels.”

“This hotel stinks. It is the low end of the economy hotel. I don't think the Quinta should continue to franchise or own this hotel. It is bad for its brand.”

“The squalor of this hotel was only outdone by the inept staff. The rooms were small, the linens old and dirty. The hotel was quiet and somewhat conveniently located but I expected better.”
