“Overall, I liked the hotel. The first room they gave us was smoking and they quickly remedied that. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice for continental, the pool was clean which is a plus. The only thing I did not like, there was a bottle cap opener on the side of the sink which my daughter caught her finger on and it sliced it pretty bad.”

“This hotel is close to Hershey Park and all attractions. It is comfortable, extremely spacious, clean & attractive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was very comfortable too. The bathroom was nice and clean, and they give you great shampoo and soaps incase you forget.”

“Horrible and did not care that there were ants in the bath tub, and the toilet did not flush!”

“This hotel was fine for what I was looking for. I would have preferred a guide book in the room that highlighted local restaurants and attractions with specific directions from the hotel (rather than the brochures). The TV and the shower did not work properly, but the room was very spacious and clean.”

“This is a clean, safe place to stay that doesn't cost a lot. For business travelers, it is ideal. Breakfasts are great and you get a coupon for dollars off, so your breakfast is minimal. It is located near a lot of stores and outlets, as well as eateries.”

“The hotel (if I wanted to be in that area) was OK not a 3 star hotel - ceiling separation was noted from the wall, baseboards were not clean, grout in restroom was dirty. Positive the carpets and linens seemed to be cleaned and the hallway was recently vacuumed but you can smell some type of water leak / maybe not mildew but something was being covered up w/ heavy deodorizers. I can not comment on the pool or fitness areas as we did not have time to use them; the hotel was out of the way for me.”

“The dining room that was connected to the hotel was nasty. The smell saturated the room that we were in. The room did not look updated or clean!”

“Hotel is okay. Run-down. Not well maintained. I was surprised that a Best Western could be so run down. Restaurant food was good, but the outside (of the restaurant) was very run down. Pool was nice to have. Front desk staff not friendly and not helpful.”

“This hotel was great for the price; it was totally worth it. The staff was extremely helpful and we ended up staying an extra night. I think it was better than staying at other hotels closer to Hershey because we had access to regular shopping areas and places to eat. The park attractions were only a 10-15 minute drive away.”

“It was clean, pleasant and quiet. I would stay there again, even though the drive was about 12-15 inutes form the attractions I was there to see.”

“great location and sits at the top of a hill, a wonderful breakfast in the morning with a very nice staff. Our room was close to the pool, even though we did not have time to use it. I really enjoyed our stay there.”
