“Back entry full of debris, leaves and cigarette butts. Hall carpet had big spots; room doors were filthy. Room was filthy - furniture was very dusty and even TV screen was dirty! Dried toothpaste on bathroom floor. I wiped everything down with wipes. Was laying on bed watching TV and a big black bug crawled on my leg.”

“I have been really disappointed with the hotels, the hotel was very dirty the room smelled, the carpet was filthy there were hairs in the bed, there were suspicious people hanging out at the back of the parking lot, There were many more minor problems I could mention also but the hotel should not have been classified as a 3 star that's for sure.”

“The hotel is a good quality hotel that is very appropriate for families traveling with children. It has many conveniences available and the pools are great. I would come back.”

“This hotel was worth the money. It was family friendly. There are two pools indoor and outdoor and a game room for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to wherever we needed to go. I would stay there again.”

“Everything here is not fresh and new, but for the price I paid, it was reasonable. Wish they'd take better care of the indoor pool.”

“Extremely long hallways. There are about 700 rooms at this hotel and it's only 3 or 4 floors. Took 10 minutes to walk from room back to the lobby to get to the parking lot. We had called before booking to verify that we could get two queen beds, since we were a couple traveling with our adult daughter. They confirmed they had the room available, so I booked it on-line. Once I got there they informed us that they only had a King Bed and a sofa bed room, and since we had already paid, the room couldn't be changed. We asked them to bring up linens for the sofa bed, and they only brought sheets, and said they could not bring me a comforter or a blanket for her. It was extremely uncomfortable and made the night a let down since we'd just driven 15 hours.”

“The hotel staff when we arrived was very friendly, only time we received great service. The toilet spit water when flushed, our sheets had holes, ice machine was broken, soda machine only had 1 kind of soda available and I asked for a blanket they sent a bed cover that covers over the top of a mattress. The lady at the front desk wanted to argue with me, when I brought the issue of them serving breakfast 2 mornings in a row and the restaurant manager told me she wasn't allowed to serve it again. I would never stay here again, the only thing good about this hotel is it's location!”

“Front counter staff friendly/helpful, housekeeping staff loud and seem unhappy with their jobs. Some of the rooms have serious maintenance issues. (leaking sink, ac, and ceiling) Nice hotel overall, in a convenient location. Restaurant provided good quality food, however somewhat high priced for dinner.”

“The room was clean, beds were comfortable, but the hallway rugs were worn and stained. The main pool was very nice, the jacuzzi and indoor pool needed a good cleaning. Be sure to ask for a room with a balcony or you would be looking at parking lot. The food from the restaurant was tasty, portions were large.”

“The lobby was very nice; staff was friendly. Hallways were dismal; doors of each room were in very poor shape; floors in room did not appear clean; size of room was very nice.”

“We started 2 nights and it was great. The outdoor pool was really nice, even though the spa was broke. Nice indoor pool as well. The food was alright, a little overpriced. The bar was really nice with free pool. Nice beds huge rooms. The only thing that I didnt like is we ordered breakfast the first night. It was good. But the following morning when we went to check out the plates and stuff was still outside out door form the morning before great stay out stay there again when we go back out.”

“This hotel is great! They let us check in early without a problem. The hotel room was clean and big. The hotel was close to stores and restaurants and only 10-15 minutes away from Hershey park. They hotel has 2 pools and restaurants located within the hotel. Overall it was a great experience. I would stay at this hotel anytime. My only complaint is room service could have been better.”

“This hotel was close to Hershey park. It is also right off of the Turnpike. The inside pool area smelled of wet dog. Their appeared to have slime on the bottom of the indoor pool. The hallways smelled of smoke as did our room.”
