• Location.
• Staff was not totally honest with answers.

“The hotel was great. We just had an issue with the staff telling us one thing only to have another thing happen.”

• The bed was big & comfortable.
• Very noisy.

“I will never stay
at that hotel again, it was awful & when
I called to see if they had a free breakfast & they said they had breakfast all day till midnight. I was impressed with that statement then I went downstairs to get my son some milk for bed & then had to pay for it I do not appreciate being lied to. Also I didn't get any rest that night because people were slaming doors till 1:30 in the morning & started again
at 5:30 in the morning again & it keep my 14 month old son keep waking up. I said something to the front desk & they said sorry for the inconvenience. I never stayed
at a hotel that was so noisy.”

• Clean.
• Hot tub / spa not working.

“Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. I thought it was going to be bad. It was great. Clean, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Only complaint would be pool was outside so you couldn't use it and the indoor spa / hot tub was not working and they said it hasn't worked in quite some time.”

• Right in the middle of a lot of shopping and right off the highway.

• The staff was nice and the facility was clean. Location was excellent.
• The air conditioner blew right next to the bed and was a little noisy. The beds were not the most comfortable but they were OK.

“It was very nice for a 2 star hotel. Staff was great.”

• Clean, friendly place with comfy beds and a convenient location.
• No complaints.

“It's conveniently located right off the highway. The people are friendly. The beds are comfy. They have free Wi-Fi and a decent bar/restaurant. Great value for the money. I highly recommend it!”

• Newly remodeled 2 star. As nice as 2.5 star rooms if not better.
• Only 1 washer/dryer.

“Staff was very friendly. Complimentary Starbucks in the lobby if you don't care for the coffee in the rooms. Shuttle to airport. Maintenance man was very helpful and courteous. He located a refrigerator and microwave and brought to the room.”

• Had sign that the hotel was under renovation; the room was adequate and very clean.
• The room air conditioner was very noisy and we don't like Starbucks coffee.

“Very clean hotel with adequate rooms and a nice breakfast - with $2 off coupons at check in we still spent about $20 more for breakfast so plan on this if you go to the Wyndham Garden Hotel. Although signs said it was under renovation, our room did have a very noisy air conditioner.”

• Wonderful location close to restaurants and great pool and hot tub!
• The bedding seemed a little old and worn.

“We loved the location and all the great restaurants nearby. We loved that Target was nearby as well so we could grab some groceries. It was only a few minutes away from downtown Harrisburg and Hershey, and we loved the pool and spa!”

• Great price, close to rink!

“Hey, we wanted a room to sleep in after a day at Hershey Park and to get a good nights sleep before a hockey tournament the next day! It served the pupose well!”

• Room was
  not cleaned completely, TV did not work completely, door card failed twice in 4 days.

“I did not enjoy this hotel at all. The TV channels all would work when I first turned it on, but after about an hour, half of the channels would go away (I would get nothing but static). I told the front desk, but nothing was done. I had to have the room key reprogrammed twice during a 4 day stay. I found the remainer of a bar of soap in the shower, which meant the room was not completey cleaned when I checked in.”

• Children ate free at breakfast.
• Pool was dirty. Hotel had work being done felt like I was sleeping in a ball of pollen, felt sick, moved to a different hotel and it went away.

“This hotel was great for the price. It was local to all attractions. Would stay again if there were no renovations.”

• Our keys didn't work when we first got them, they had to reprogram them 3 times.

• Front desk staff was barely friendly and seemed like it was a bother to help their guests.

“Room was fine. Cleaning staff was friendly. Front desk staff wasn't particularly friendly. Common areas weren't particularly clean. Elevators and ice machines both in need of service. Breakfast was stale.”

• Location was very convenient. View was nice.
• Breakfast stale. Given key to already occupied room. 2 floors ice machines broken. Elevators dirty & in need have work.

“The room was comfortable. The location and view were nice. Otherwise, there was a lot to be desired. The room that we were given a key to was already occupied when we went into the room. There were dirty clothes on the floor, etc. Fortunately, no-one was in the room when we went in the first time. The elevators were dirty. We did get moved to a different room, but received no accommodation for the mistake and the staff was barely apologetic at all. One elevator was used for service and guests. The service staff was generally willing to give guests first chance at elevators, but the service door kept opening which was strange. The ice machines on at least 2 of 6 floors were out of service. The breakfast was stale and the wait staff was slow and unfriendly. It was difficult to even get a glass of water.”
