• Dirtiest hotel ever. Mold on the shower curtain, trash and
  unclean sheets, etc.

• It was great of them to check me in early without penalty and the receptionist was glad to do so.
• My AC did not work and the shower was cold water, however, the sink water was.

“The hotel was in a convenient spot and would have been more convenient if I didn't use map quest to get there. The staff was very friendly and eager to please but the facilities make it somewhat difficult for them to do so. The room was pretty clean but I did see a few stray hairs in the sink and shower. Oh, and there were about six guys standing outside the lobby boozing it up; I could have done without that.”

• Staff is very nice.
• Hall smelled like old folks home but room smelled ok.

“Our flight landed at 12 and we were exhausted but check-in wasn't until 4. But we asked the front desk if we could please have the room earlier and he helped us out and gave it to us right away~! I was so happy.”

• It was fairly inexpensive.
• It is near an industrial park-type setting, which was unpleasant and at times quite noisy.

“Although it is clean, everything has a shabby feeling to it, they don't seem to care to replace or repair worn or broken items. Some of the staff are quite friendly, but most just seem not to care one way or the other about their guests.”

• Very clean, good size room for price.
• Location in Jessup not the best.

“Very clean hotel with good size room including a microwave and fridge. Nice breakfast with waffle iron and variety of bagels, cereal, and Danishes. Only drawback was location, this part of Jessup looked a little seedy, but the stay was great for the price.”

• Convenient, clean, and nice appointments in the room.
• Proximity to the highway.

• They provided a computer in the lobby to use for checking email or other online use! Great!
• The work-out room didn't seem to have all equipment in working order.

“This was a great place to stay. It's located about midway between Washington DC and Baltimore witch was perfect since we were visiting both places! The complimentary breakfast was really good, cereals, muffins, bagels, croussants, make-it- yourself waffles, hard boiled eggs, apple juice, OJ, milk, coffee. The kids especially loved it! Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean! Also conveniently located to a some fast food restaurants and a pizza place. I'd definitely return!”

• The employees were very friendly and helpful.
• Room reeked of some type of deodorizer. We had to air the room out. The smell made me sick.

“Room was heavily deodorized. Smell made me somewhat sick. Turning on the air conditioning helped minimize the smell. Employees were friendly and helpful. We only used the room to sleep and bathe. If we had been on vacation and spending more time in the room, we would have chosen something a little more upscale. Location was good for the reason we were in Jessup. The breakfast was adequate.”

• The clerk was friendly.
• Dirt, soft beds, dirty bathroom, rough towels.

“This was horrible. Most Comfort Inns are very nice. This was a super cheap motel w Comfort In n on the sign. The beds were so soft I could not sleep. The pillows were cotton ball firm. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper, a dirty floor, loose fixtures and a fraying shower curtain with no liner. The TV was stuck in front of one bed and the other person could not see the TV. The remote control was even cheap! Never again!”

• The front desk staff was wonderful.
• The "deluxe" hot breakfast was some bagels and a toaster. It could use some work.

• Breakfast is good and Front Desk support I good.
• Rest rooms heat water is not coming properly in Room Number 316.

“Hotel is good, but in my room 316 is not good, Hot water is not shower is not functioning and Coffee Maker machine they put in bath room, which I never seen any where in hotels.”
