• Exceptionally clean, very helpful staff, great location and a good experience.
• For our needs it did not have any problems or negative problems.

“The hotel is at the intersection of 2 major highways, close to the city of Elmira and driving distance to many other attractions. The staff was very helpful and quite friendly, and they serve a great continental breakfast. Our room was very clean and attractive and the linens were exceptional. A great choice!”

• Had hot water for shower late at night.
• Noisy guests in hallway & noisy wedding party

“Adequate for short stays, but near highway and construction project noises that were annoying - given also the wedding party and the loud guests in the hallway and the room next door.”

• The staff was very accommodating
• The hotel is under repairs. It was noisy and lobby almost unaccessible. They should have warned potential customers of this inconvenience.

“The hotel was fine except for the construction that is on-going. It appeared that the hotel should actually have shut down for these repairs. The equipment was noisy and made access to the lobby area very difficult.I like the location of this hotel, but not sure I would stay again while construction is going on.”
