“The housekeepers were polite and friendly, but they did not leave fresh towels on the first day of cleaning. Front desk did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. Ice machine was out on the floor of my room - no out of order sign on it. I am pretty fussy about service, and I was not too pleased with the service here.”

“Our first day at the hotel was horrible. When we checked in at 430 pm our room was not cleaned. I informed the front desk and they told me that all the rooms had not been cleaned yet and it would be. We attended a concert that evening when we arrived back at our room at 100 am, the room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, the woman there was the only staff person working night shift. She was able to give us another room, but it was a smaller room with a smaller bed and no window. At this point it was 130 am. We went into the room and it was disgusting. There was only 1 lamp and there was no shade on it. It was dirty, the bed (which were told would be a queen) was only a double. Obviously not big enough for myself, my boyfriend and my 2 year old. My boyfriend decided he would sleep on the pull out couch. When we pulled the mattress out, the sheets had stains on it, and there were mouse turds and leaves in the creases. We again went to the front desk and were moved to a room with two double beds in it and it was a smoking room. So finally at 2 am we were in a room. When we complained to the manager in the morning, she told us that our night would be free. When I checked out, I made sure to ask if that room had been taken off, and the clerk assured me that it had. It wasn't until I returned home late that evening that I realized that it hadn't!”
