• The service.
• The mattress was too hard.

“All in all I recommend this hotel over the other cheap one in the area. I thought my trip would ave been ruined if I hadnt found this hotel.”

• Clean, good breakfast, and great staff.
• Some computer problems at check in.

“I stay there anytime I am in the area. Everyone there treats you great. Always clean and coffee anytime. Cookies and popcorn at night. They have a great breakfast in the morning. You can walk to many restaurants and stores.”

• It is inexpensive and conveniently located for my needs, and breakfast is free!
• It is a basic, bare-bones hotel, no frills or creature comforts.

“I've stayed there twice now, and both times I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and functional. The area is safe and convenient. The heating/cooling systems are loud and turn on and off to regulate temperature, which can be annoying when you're trying to sleep. Breakfast is good, nothing too fancy, but more than you'd expect from a one star hotel.”

• The staff was excellent!
• The room wasn't actually reserved.

“The staff was very good, but the room had a mishap where the previous traveler flooded the room by flushing a diaper. The reservation I made was not held for me. The room condition was the only reason I was able to get into the room, because of the odor. No attempt was made to find other accommodations.”
