• Attractive rooms.
• Could hear next room, bathroom not clean and hotel restaurant provided a poor quality service and meals.

“The hotel was lovely but did not appear to be suited for young children. The bathroom was somewhat dirty. The restaurant service was poor and food was not a good quality. Did not know we would have to pay for parking.”

• Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
• The parking garage people were rude and arrogant.

“The hotel is very clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The elevators were on the fritz, so we had to walk up 9 flights of stairs, but overall a good experence in the hotel. The associated parking garage staff were friendly, but the manager behind the window was rude, arrogant, and offensive. I would not come here again if I had to park there.”

• Beds were really nice.
• Was way to hot! Air conditioning did not work.

• The hotel had a pool where my kids could get some run-around time.
• Lobby floor was dirty and pool was really cold.

“The hotel was nice but parking was not included. We either had to park on the street (metered) and risk a tow or pay $18/day to valet park under the hotel. We traveled with young children so having a pool was nice but it was really cold so we weren't able to stay in for long.”

• The employees were all very helpful and courteous.
• The restaurant was very slow and pricey.

“The hotel was very accommodating. They got us a refrigerator for our room and everyone in the hotel was very friendly and extremely nice. Any employee we came in contact with was very nice and went out of their way to complement everyone in my group.”

• Convenient location off hwy. Friendly/helpful staff.
• Restaurant staff was friendly but food served cold and with a delay.

“The members of the valet parking staff were the most helpful, courteous, and friendly employees at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and very well kept. We would stay at this hotel again if we were visiting Harrisburg.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• There is a $20 a day valet parking fee that is not mentioned anywhere should be known.

“This hotel was very good but is in the heart of the city making it hard to walk around with the children as it is very close to some not so nice areas. Staff is wonderful if you talk to the right person. Would recommend for business travel not necessarily family but not bad if you can stick to eating at the hotel.”

• Room service ended early, no available food despite sports event and concert event in town.

• Elevators were old, vending machines didn't work, water pressure was low, forced to valet park for $18 a night, no self-park available, slippery floor.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel was not 3 stars, the room was small, the water pressure was low, the vending machines weren't working, the elevators were old and took forever to come. Our bath tub was clogged up and the TV was disconnected when we arrived. Parking was a nightmare, only valet parking was available for an additional charge of $18 daily. The room was extra small and the surrounding area was not family friendly. The bathroom floor was slippery as if the cleaner used to not properly wiped off. I do not recommend this hotel. The pool was also under construction and we were told to walk down the street and use the Hilton's pool. Go elsewhere do not stay here. There wasn't a vent in the bathroom.”

• The staff was really nice, and I love the room.
• The parking was horrible. There was none available in the hotel garage so we had to park a couple blocks away and walk to our hotel.

“I really like the hotel, the parking was the only thing I had a problems with. We had to park down the road and walk, carrying all of our bags back to our hotel.”

• You had to pay for parking $18 a day.

“Was not a 3 star, but maybe 1 star possibly 2. The location was dangerous if you walked two blocks east, don't go there. This hotel may be suitable for business travelers but not for families. Parking is a issue you have to pay $18 a day and give tips, so the actual cost is $20 a day depending on how many time you call for your car.”
