“The hotel didn't offer free breakfast, which is essential when traveling with kids. The heat system in our room was not awful. We were not able to set it to a certain temperature, you could choose low, medium or high for the heat fan and you had to leave it there, we set it both settings to the lowest settings, but in 1/2 hour it would get extremely hot, but then in another 20 minutes we'd have to turn it on again. I had to get up 10 times in the night to turn the heat on or off. They list toothpaste and toothbrush as complimentary services menu, and could provide neither, were out of both items. The blow dryer wouldn't turn on, and because we had to shower and leave by 6 am, didn't have the time for them to come and fix it (i was the last to shower) and had to leave with wet hair! Hotel should really reimburse partially for at least the last two complaints!”

“Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room had rotten food in the fridge, possibly from a previous guest that housekeeping missed. The soda machine would take money and not credit it so a few bucks was lost trying to get a soda and chips. The ice bucket was dirty. I think its mostly housekeeping that needs to step up their game.”

“- Our room was close to the elevator, hence it was the last one to be made up. We came back at 2:00 pm and the cleaning staff wanted to clean at
3:00 pm.
- The room service for lunch was prompt and the staff helpful.
- It is an older hotel that has been renovated.”

“This is the second time I have had problems with the same person at the front desk. I stay at Holiday Inns all the time. This individual seems to be upset. All I ask for is a king bed instead of a double. For him it seems as if I asked for a free room.”

“I didn't feel safe walking from the parking lot to the hotel. It was dark and there was construction nearby. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the stay at this hotel. I would stay again.”
