• The room was exceptionally clean!
• The elevators were very slow.

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was helpful. The room was wonderful and the restaurant kitchen was very efficient. We would definitely stay here again.”

• The main areas and rooms were attractive and the location was perfect.
• There was a sour smell in the bathroom, and a view of the parking garage. The rooms are fairly small.

“The location was perfect for my event in the Whitaker center and convenient to downtown. The room was attractive but small and the bathroom had an odd smell. The pool was enjoyable to my young daughter. The outdoor dining was enjoyable but pricey, and the breakfast buffet was reasonable.”

• The staff were some of the friendliest ever encountered.
• The view of the parking garage was depressing.

“The Harrisburg Hilton is centrally located, very convenient to major roads and local attractions and well maintained. The staff were as helpful and pleasant as those at any Ritz-Carlton. It is important to know that guests--even those only attending events being held there--can get a discount on parking. $7 a day isn't cheap, but neither is it expensive for an entire day.”

• Hotel room was large and clean.
• Despite requesting room with 2 beds, we didn't get one. Our family of 4 slept in a king and cot.

“Hotel is a high-rise located in downtown Harriburg. Convenient to pedistrian bridge leading to City Island. Hotel parking is expensive and inconvenient. Because hotel has large meeting rooms, it has many large groups. Hotel staff was accomodating and helpful.”

• The staff was very helpful. The restaurant 'Raspberries' was excellent.
• The room and expecially the bathroom was small. Not what I expected of a four star hotel.

“We enjoyed our stay there, although we expected it to be more luxurious. Room and especially the bathroom was small, parking was extra and the layout was a bit confusing. The pool was blah and not impressive at all. We did enjoy the street entertainment provided right outside the hotel on Saturday night.”
