“My folks like the peace and quiet of this courtyard yet it is very close to TGIF restaurant, a very noisy young restaurant. It is also very close to the Greenbelt Plaza Mall and to the more expensive Washington DC hotels. We took advantage of the swimming pool and the breakfast. Since it is not a huge complex, we had the pool to ourselves. We will stay here again when the opportunity arises.”

“Check in and check out was very simple. I actually received an important phone call as I was checking in and the clerk handled everything without making me feel like I was rude, even though I was. I only stayed one night, would have loved to stay longer. Thanks.”

“This was our 4th visit. Our children stay here when they are visiting us. Our friends are shepherded here while visiting Washington dc because the hotel is close to our own residence then we board the metro together to see the museums in the Nations capital. We love the hospitable staff and the clean surroundings. The beltway is so close that it is zip and we are where we want to be. Highly recommended for a quiet family who loves the basics of hospitality.”

“Hotel was very clean (except for the whirlpool it looked dirty). The bed was very comfortable, pillows were very comfortable. Front desk could have been more helpful (when we checked in they saw us looking around for the elevators but did not offer to tell us that it was around the corner). And then the called at 12:30 (in the middle of the night and did not even apologize). Everything else was great all other staff was very friendly.”

“I always felt good about this hotel but this trip really made me a believer in great customer service. I left a camera in the room after checking out and did not realize I left it until 2 days later. I called and the hotel service turned in the camera and mailed it to me overnight without a charge. That¿s outstanding service.”

“Very pleasant stay. This hotel is ideally situated close to the beltway, shops and restaurants. Very quiet and nicely maintained. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Rooms are spacious and furnished well. Hotel is equipped with functional guest services.”

“The hotel was nice. People were nice on check in. Biggest down fall was it was very hard to get too. I could see it but couldn't get to it. I had to call the hotel twice for directions. I have been to places all over the country and Europe and have never had as much trouble getting to a hotel.”
