• Hotel staff made joy more enjoyable. helpful.
• Too much noise on our side from a night club.

“We felt safe there and the hotel staff met our every need. I quite enjoyed my stay there and would return as long as the nightclub were on the other side.”

• People in lobby asking for exchange of torn dollar; both men had been drinking.

• The free continental breakfast set in a double room was great.
• No chocolate in the vending machine.

“I do not remember the star rating but this hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. The staff was efficient and friendly. The free breakfast had a nice array from the usual pastries to a waffle maker and even hard boiled eggs. The room was nicely appointed with a refrigerator that was larger than the standard cube size. The pool looked well kept but we did not get a chance to use it. We will definitely go back.”

• It was 15 miles from my business location.
• Everything! I did not like anything about this hotel.

“If you enjoy condescending tones from underpaid employees who don't clean your room properly, who won't smile at you, who will make excuses to not open the breakfast bar before 6am, who can't give simple directions to the local grocery store even though it's across the street, then the day's inn at Havelock North Carolina is perfect for you.”
