• Clean, easy highway access.
• Staff is poorly trained and clueless.

“Hotel is clean and modern. Guest Services are literally non-existent. Internet took an average of 5 minutes to load a page; slower than dial up. I called tech support who blamed the slow speed on heavy usage. Dropped off laundry before 8:00 am to get it back by evening. Laundry could not be located; advised by front desk that it will take an extra day. Attempted to get room service to deliver breakfast by 6:00 am the next morning. Seems like staff does not know what is going on.”

• The hotel lobby, swimming pool and work out room were nice.
• Our room had a musty smell.

“The hotel was close to the interstate which makes it convenient - our room was dingy, musty smelling, the paint on the ceiling was peeling with had some mold on it and the bathtub was dirty. We stayed in a pet friendly room. We had to pay an extra $50 for our pet, which I would not of minded, if the room would have been nicer.”

“The hotel clerks were very nice and helpful. The beds were ultra clean and comfortable. Provided all the essentials. Would stay here again!”

• Comfy bed, location.
• No free breakfast.

“The hotel was conveniently located between the 2 areas we wanted: Camden Yards and Washington DC. While the exit the hotel was located on offered few amenities, it was within a short drive to a lot. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe.”

• I was pleased with the hotel and it's indoor pool for the kids.
• The location and information about surroundings could have been better.

“The hotel was great! I would stay there again if I had to. The indoor pool and life guard were great for the children. The only disadvantage is its location. I wished it was not in an industrial location off the highway. Also the front desk clerk could not give much info about the surroundings we had to use our GPS.”

“Well decorated, pleasant atmosphere in lobby and dining area and a very friendly staff. The rooms were attractive and well appointed. The location was easily accessible from I95 (less than 5 minutes). The pool was clean and the business center readily available.”

• Was charged long distance rate for phone call in same area code, 5 miles away?

“Was charged long distance rate for calls not considered long distance from a regular phone in the area? 4 minutes worth of calls came to $9. Staff was friendly. Would recommend hotel to friends.”

• All beds are posterpedic.
• Not much close to hotel.

“Nice facility, very clean and quiet which makes it perfect for the solo business travelers such as me. Hope you like the outback steakhouse. It is attached to the hotel, and is the only thing close.”

• Location, cleanliness, staff, food excellent bed great.
• That I didnt know of indoor pool in advance, my bad.

“My partner especially found bed comfortable. The location was excellent to get into dc; staff was great, room and public areas clean. Business center easy to access and food from the connected outback restaurant was made to order and was delicious.”
