• Breakfast was a good selection of food. Coffee was good.
• Slow Internet.

“Everything was alright, the beds were really comfortable but they were in a remodeling project and the painters had messed the carpets up pretty bad. The wireless Internet was pretty slow but the staff were very friendly and nice. I left some clothes and went back in 2 days but they didn't know anything about them.”

• Location.
• Smokey.

“The hotel was not clean, smell smoky. When I ask about the smoke I was told they don't have a non smoking floor, only rooms. I was originally put in a room with a broken lock, and I had to ask for a different room.”

• They were very accommodating at the front desk when we asked for a different room for many reasons!
• We asked for non-smoking we get smoking, the toilet didn't flush, the shower wouldn't work.

“The people were nice and there were definitely nice rooms there, but we were put on a smoking floor, with a hotel room that was not up to par.”

• Location was close to Washington D.C.
• The room had horrible lighting, it smelled funny and was in desperate need of renovation.

“The location was close to downtown Washington D.C, but the room was not very nice. The location was a bit scary but not dangerous.”

• We liked the massage given from the shower head.
• Unfamiliar with public transportation- neighborhood/never received fresh baked cookies upon arrival.

“Staff did not go out of their way to provide a friendly stay. This hotel did not have a swimming pool. Would never stay at this hotel again.”

• Very helpful with directions. Gave me information to a mechanic when my car broke down in the parking lot.
• No bananas.

“The staff was friendly, helpful and concerned about me when I had car trouble. I feel that they went the extra mile giving me directions to the metro; they even printed a list of the surrounding eateries. I would use their services again.”

• Towel bar too far from shower, shower valve broken for on/off.

“This hotel was clean. It needed some repair work in the bathroom. It could use some more outlets.”

• It was clean, conveniently located and, friendly staff.
• The breakfast room was too small.

“Our stay at the Comfort Inn was very enjoyable. We only stayed one night. It was easy off and on the B/W parkway and I95. I would recommend it to friends or family.”

• The facilities including microwave, coffee machine and fridge in the room.
• It was a bit out of town however close to the bus and train.

“This place is a great budget option for staying in Washington. Although it's a little out of town and you have to take a bus and metro into the city, it's a beautiful hotel and totally worth the trip.”

• Convenient to the DC Metro Rail system.
• In dire need of upkeep. Wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom, hallways had a cat-like smell, breakfast area was so small people stood to eat.

“Inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Comfort Inns are usually much better than what we experienced.”

• The price was affordable and location was a convenient drive to downtown.
• Initially we were given a room without refrigerator and microwave.

“The location of this hotel is a convenient drive to downtown official sites as well as site seeing the landmarks of DC. The morning breakfast attracted the deprived that made an occasional appearance during my stay. The room was dimly light, despite turning on all the lights. The weekend manager on Sunday night could have been a bit friendlier during check-in. But I guess that comes with the price tag on this hotel, which was quite affordable.”

• The hotel was very conveniently located. The metro station was less than 3 miles away.
• Upon arrival we had to wait close to an hour for our room, which turned out not to be what I reserved.
