• Surly staff; one told me one thing, another something else.

“Staff wasn't coordinated in early entrance policy, unpleasant when I arrived.”

• Friendly staff.
• Rooms had holes in the walls and toilet ran constantly.

“If it weren't for the friendly staff, I would have cancelled and made reservations elsewhere. The property needs attention badly.”

• Staff was friendly.
• Hotel was dirty.

“Overpriced, the whole hotel was completely filthy the walls in the room seamed to have water damage. people carrying on beer cans were left in the hall way bought and extra day the staff never bother to update the cards so we got locked out of the room for 45 minutes till we found a staff member. People always standing out front at all odd times of the morning the beds were hard as rocks!”

• Breakfast was virtually non-existent - very disappointing.

“Staff was friendly. Hotel was in need of repair in general (downspout laying in front of building, walls nicked, paint/caulking had runs, messy, etc., carpet was dirty). Continental breakfast was very disappointing - day 1 there was 4 slices of pound cake a few old looking apples and oranges, coffee and juice. Day 2 there was cereal, no juice, milk, no coffee. Day three there were donuts, cereal, no juice, coffee.”

“Awful, dirty people hanging in the lobby at all ours, holes in the linens and comforters. Over priced. Sorry excuse for a continental breakfast. unfriendly staff to boot. The staff loiters in the hallways for hours staring at the guests. ”

• the beds are very comfortable.
• The windows were dirty and they are in the process of painting hallways looks dirty because of it.

“If it did not look so dirty because of the work that they are doing it would of been a perfect place to stay.”
