• Clean, roomy, great staff, great breakfast, location excellent to D. C. or Baltimore.
• Coffee not available all day.

• Location and overall atmosphere were appreciated.
• Signage could be improved within the hotel (more visible rather than additional signs).

“We have stayed at this hotel on several previous occasions with each experience being pleasant and with clean rooms. The staff is competent, efficient and friendly (this particular stay we had a trainee that slowed the process some).”

• The staff was exceptionally friendly.
• The price they slipped under the door was not what we signed at the desk.

“The room smelled very smoky for a non-smoking room. You can't make a non-smoking room just by changing the sign on the door. The carpets and drapery need to be cleaned, and it still takes months to get the smell out. This matters to people with allergies. Otherwise, it was clean. The bathroom was sort of shabby. The movies cost an exorbitant $12.99. But the common areas were pleasant and the staff was very cheerful and helpful.”

• The front desk manager was very pleasant and helpful.
• A lot of noise could be heard when trying to sleep, housekeeping staff yelling to each other, etc. And the air conditioner in our room was noisy.

“The hotel interior is a lot nicer than its exterior. We almost left without going into the hotel upon driving up to the hotel and seeing the dilapidated exterior. The inside was nicer, but still could use some remodeling and updating.”

• Easy access to beltway.
• Misrepresented on website. No kitchenttes, poor weight room, no movies in room

“If you are looking for a quick overnight stay this hotel is fine. Quick access to the beltway is the only plus. For longer stays, look elsewhere. The website claims this hotel has kitchenette suites but it does not. Microwaves and fridges can be rented for $10 a day each. The restaraunt features moldy tomatoes in the salad bar and a dis-interested wait staff. The "On Command" movies are not available at this hotel, even though the advertisement for them is the first thing you see when the TV is turned on. They have only 1 luggage cart, which maintenance uses to store road salt. A small pool and limited, non-functioning cardio equipment greets the health conscious guest. ”
