• Friendly hotel staff.
• Unimaginative continental breakfast-high in starch/crabs-tasteless.

“The hotel room was dark. We stayed for 4 nights. Each day there was something missing from when they cleaned. Unfortunately, there was not a fan in the bathroom and the sink is outside of the toilet/tub room. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Styrofoam is the material of choice, so coffee/tea/food were all served on/in Styrofoam resulting in a 'cheap, wasteful, environmentally poor-choice' feel. Initially, the pool water was cloudy, but was quickly remedied.”

• Convenient to DC and Baltimore.
• Seems to be in shady location.

“Hotel is located near UMD, but does not feel like a safe neighborhood. Not a bad place at all, just advise against walking alone.”

• Nothing.
• The hotel was old and tired. Well past it's prime.

“The best thing about the hotel was the desk staff. Shortly after we arrived 79 9th graders from Montreal invaded the indoor pool. I later discovered that this hotel is constantly booked for school groups. This particular group was well behaved but it did eliminate any possibility of enjoying a quiet sit by the pool.”

• The helpfulness of staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general

“I had the best experience when I stayed at this hotel. The staff was so nice and pleasant. The fundome was fun also. The rooms were very nice and clean. If you are going to be in the College Park area I suggest you stay here.”
