• The hotel was cleaned. Was kind of shocked when I saw broken glass windows the next morning in the parking lot.
• Cigarette smell.

“The staff was curious, but did not know that the 1st floors were for smokers. I always walked with Lysol in hotels. Came in real handy.”

• The location, price, continental breakfast.
• A little dirty (the floors), the security guard sleeping, later clipping his Nails in the lobby, cold staff.

“Overall, the hotel was fairly clean and safe and the beds were really comfortable. There was a coffee maker, iron and board, TV and hairdryer. There was music playing in all the common areas, which was a little strange. The thing that could use the most improvement, however, was the staff. They did their jobs well enough, but would it kill them to smile and say 'good morning' or 'hello'? Their attitude was very cold and impersonal.”

• Television did not get all channels, beds uncomfortable.

“On check in day the toilet did not work so we had to change rooms after unpacking everything. Then for the week we just got a few TV channels as they had satellite problems all week.”

• The hotel was easy to get to.
• The hotel needed updates (some painting in the bathroom, etc).

“The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was located in a great area to local restaurants and the area college. The hotel in general seemed a little outdated, but nothing a fresh coat of paint and some new wallpaper couldnt fix.”

• Convenient location, complimentary breakfast, outstanding staff.
• Near college; lots of student athletes staying with resultant noise level.

“The staff was outstanding and ready to help in any way possible. The complimentary breakfast room was well maintained and bountiful. Room was nicely appointed and quiet.”

“Avoid this hotel. Our room was damp, musty, unclean rug and a bath drain that was partially clogged. Not worth the price at any price.”

• Clean environment.
• The facilities of hotel are aged, sometimes feel not so comfortable.

“What I could say for the hotel is that no so bad that people will feel horrible. However, I ever have lived much better 2-star comfort Inn than this. Therefore I just can say it just a clean, quite place for stay.”

• Convenience to interstate.
• Needs some remodeling decor not bright.

“I would not schedule a lengthy stay. Only 1 day or two. I was not able to get a non smoking room. You should discontinue all smoking rooms and designate only smoking areas. Continental breakfast should have more variety for diabetic Lents fresh fruit salad. Bathroom did not have enough shelf space for personal items.”
