• Rooms were nice.
• Not a convenient location if you don't have a car.

• The staff knew me by name from the first day I was there. That put me at ease and made me feel so welcome.
• I had a meal at the hotel restaurant the first night I stayed there that was terrible. I spoke to the operations mgr. about it.

• Great location, great atmosphere.

“The hotel was definately upscale. Good food in the resteraunt. Breakfast buffet was a deal at only $10. The only problem I found was the cleanliness of the room.”

• Friendly staff, clean rooms, and was relatively quiet.
• Bad location, mediocre restaurant and bar, and the internet policy was not good.

“It's a decent hotel, but had some smells here and there and you often shared the freight elevator with the staff. Internet policy was not great for the price and the free internet in the lobby didn't always work well. The bar and restaurant was a real bore.”

• no indoor pool or sauna or steam, small fitness room.

“Was within 10 minutes of University of Maryland (when no traffic), and just off highway. Nice large room and that was all we needed.”

• Within 1 mile of my family who we were visiting
• With a king bed, room was so crowed could't move

“Upgrades are finished from last time here. As above the room was very crowded (small with alot of furniture) and my wife and I couldn't pass each other between the bed and desk. When the closet door was opened, it completely blocked the aisle. And though hotel not filled we were placed beside the ice machine and vending machines which went off and on all night ... with great clatter and clamor.Food was reasonable, and prices good. Great staff in hotel and restaurant.”

• The front desk was
  great.

“The swimming pool only stayed open until 8:00 pm and when we were there, they always closed at least 15 minutes early. The one gentleman at the front desk was just rude.”

• The location was good.
• Very noisy neighbors, staff did not help. Awake until 3am.

“I was very upset about how noisy by neighbors were and how the hotel staff didn't do much to address it. I was kept awake until 3am and I had a early morning meeting. My only reason for traveling the night before was for a restful nights sleep instead of a 3 hour drive in the morning. I should have just stayed home and drove in the morning.”

• The lobby and visual was good/but everything was an added charge.
• Poor customer service, the bathroom was not clean and furniture chipped.

“I loved the way the hotel looked when walking into it. I was not satisfied with the rooms. Very dis-satisfied with the customer care/service.”

• It accepted my dog, was very clean and convenient.

“Hotel was pet friendly, convenient to shopping and had free internet in the lobby. The room was very clean and had both a microwave and fridge. I would recommend this hotel.”

• Cannot think of anything I did not like.

• Nice amenities for 3 star level.
• Front desk was unable to give information regarding local restaurants.

“Nice solid 3 star, but our neighbors were partying and obnoxious into the wee hours and we finally had to change rooms, which the front desk did allow us to do. Our new room was an upgrade which was nice.”

• Little black hairs on bathroom floor and shower.

“The hotel was great, the room was very nice. Loved the TV. One thing however, the air conditioner was waking us up constantly and it seemed that you could hear a lot of outside noise. Motorcycles etc.”

• Internet connections in lobby, and computers.
• The lady that works the afternoon missed her call as a prison matron.

“This property is conveniently of the freeway, with tons of free parking, in a quiet area. The lobby is open a bright with many free high speed internet connections available. The rooms are spacious, a shuttle is available to take you to the Green Belt Metro Station, from there you can get almost anywhere in the Washington DC area.”
