• Manager was very friendly and helpful.
• Stayed at a lakefront hotel and had a view of parking lot.

“The Ramada in was clean and the room was in good condition. All of the facilities seemed new and clean. The hotel was in a very convenient location. We were travelling over Thanksgiving and the manager let my husband get food as they were cleaning up from their Thanksgiving lunch. He also didn't charge us for it. Had he not done this we would not have had any dinner that night other than McDonalds. Everyone on the staff that we dealt with was incredibly helpful and polite. The next time I go to Geneva I will definitely be staying at the Ramada Inn.”

• Nothing.
• The window view was very small and the pool was even smaller.

“Although it was directly off Seneca Lake and had nice grounds, the pool was minuscule and Lakeside view was a small tiny window.”

• Very quiet. Maybe because of the time of year. Great view of the lake.
• Some of the staff was pretty loud when they were cleaning room.

“Great place for business travelers in the off season or on season if family can travel with them. Beautiful location and with easy walking distance to some restaurants (not on Mondays).”

• Convience to attended event.
• No hot water for morning shower.

“Unhappy with staffs response to no hot water complaint she stated Sorry, but the City of Geneva is responsible for that" I don't see how the city is responsible for the Hotels hot water!”

• The hotel was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of Seneca Lake with plenty of outdoor sitting available.
• I think that it was short on child friendly fun things to do....such as game room, shuffleboard, badminton, or something like this.

“The rooms were a nice size, not cramped, with three people in a room. Staff was pleasant and happy the food in the on-site was very good but a little pricey. Stay here was very pleasant.”

• Free wireless access.
• Wake up call failed, staff couldn't get my reservation right.

“The staff was confused, the food was terrible, but they had free wireless. I checked into a different hotel for my last two days.”
