• Did not get the room I paid for and the customer service was poor.

• Absolutely everything!

“I checked in at about 3 AM. I was very tired and I just wanted to rest, the check in was easy; they gave me the key and told me were the room was. When I opened the room there was a strong odor like sweat. The bed and sheets were dirty, there was hair on them. I had to use my own sheets and sleep dressed up. I could not take my shoes off because I could get an infection on my feet. It seems that construction workers were staying there and they entered the rooms with the shoes covered in mud.”

• Right off the Free Way.
• Room dirty not really clean, coffee stains on coffee cups.

“Not the greatest place for the price. My wife was walked in on while the staff was sleeping. Wasn't the cleanest place. Didn't meet my expectations.”

“First room had broken door lock and ants. Second room was not cleaned to normal standards, noisy. Desk staff spoke English, but not helpful. No parking place near room, had to park in unlit back lot. Bathroom light did not work. They came to fix it. As soon as it was turned off and back on, it didn't work again. No one available to fix it. Breakfast was a joke. Out of milk and Orange juice. Maids tried to clean room at 8 am. Totally overpriced for lack of quality. ”

• Close to freeway, bowling alley, Wal-Mart are near.
• Rooms were not that great, didn't think you would want to take your socks off and walk on the floor.
