• It was relatively new hotel.
• We forgot few books in the room I requested them to mail at my expense but they did not even bother to call me back. Poor customer service.

“It is a relatively new hotel. It is conveniently located how ever needs more signs as the property is kind of hidden behind a Best Western Hotel. The hotel lobby was clean, not pretty lacked any decoration, it was very noisy may be because we were on first floor. Customer service was poor. I forgot few books in the room. I called within 30 minutes of checking out and requested them to use our FedEx account to mail them. The desk associate did not even bother to call us back. We called them several times but they did not even call back. Very poor customer service.”

• Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, pool and nice people.
• Map quest directions take you to main road and not to the hotel.

“Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast that includes fresh waffles, juices, eggs, bacon, bagels, etc. Kid-friendly and close to shopping. The sky-high sign for Best Western overshadowed the hotel's location so there was confusion finding hotel during night time hours. Overall, excellent experience.”

• Good location, friendly staff, above average continental breakfast.
• Beds and linens could use some updating.

“Not at all bad, but not quite fully up to the 2 and a half star standard expected. The bed was adequate, but not keeping up to the new comfort standards being set by competitors. The pool area was clean, but all the tiles in the pool and hot tub themselves really needed cleaning; somebody had etched "scrub me" in the film in a couple of places. Yuck. Maybe that was why we could smell chlorine in the room corridors. Otherwise, the public places were clean and tidy and the free continental breakfast was far better than standard (sausages, scrambled egg patties, and Belgian waffles).”

• Very clean, easy to locate, friendly staff, great breakfast.
• Nothing not to like.

“This hotel is easy to locate from the main road, staff is helpful, respectful, and friendly, rooms are clean, continental breakfast is great, pool available, room has iron, coffeemaker, fridge and high speed internet hook-up. Great for both business and pleasure travel.”

• Friendly staff and great breakfast selection!
• Our two queen bed suite seems small for a family of three.

“We liked the clean facilities Including the lobby, dining, and nice size pool and fitness areas. Our room and Its refrigerator seemed small for a family of three. We stayed here for an entire week, and had a nice time.”

• Gave good directions to local attractions (bars, restaurants, malls, etc).
• There were no signs or not big enough signs locating hotel.

“It was a nice hotel but they need to have bigger signs with hotel name on it to inform guests where hotel is located. If not familiar with area, like we were the signs that they have were too small.”

• Location was slightly difficult off the exit.

• Hotel staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful.
• Price is high for 2 1/2 star hotels.

“Hotel staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel is very neat and located on the side line of freeway 76. Takes 30 minutes to reach Hershey park. Price is high.”

• Free fast internet access.
• Couldn't use the internet connection as it was broken.

“Even though the internet connection was broken in the room, I was able to use my wifi connection. great location, very comfortable bed and nice sized room.”

• large noisy group of teenagers who kept me up, breakfast area too crowded because of latter

“The Wingate Inn in Mechanicsburg tries hard to be a preferred alternative to the Hampton chain, but because it lacks brand recognition, seems to be relying on large group bookings for weekend revenue. Teenagers attending a sports conference dominated the hotel when I was there, keeping guests awake and turning the lounge into their own meeting space. Could not reach the breakfast line, nor get a place to sit. There was only one staff member on
