“One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was rude. The food was horrible. The indoor public spaces were so cold that I had to wear a winter jacket. The room was disgusting. The toilet had brown rings around it that looked like they were from the 60's. The bed was all messed up, looked like it wasn't made. The toilet ran the whole night. The TV was broken and had two volumes, off and so low you had to sit 2" away to hear it. The carpet was sticky and the property grounds almost required you to drive from place to place. Will never visit it again.”

“The hotel is easy to find, right off the highway. They were not nearly as friendly. This is to be a 3 star hotel and the room had a chunk of carpet missing right inside the door so the concrete floor was showing. There were hairs in the shower that did not belong to me. Someone had spilled coffee down the back of the main room door and it had not been cleaned off. When I called to report the issues, I was told OK no problem, someone will be right out. An hour later when I called back, I was told, we do not provide any extras. I wasn't asking for extras, just a clean room! There is also a very popular night club/bar in the hotel. It is very noisy with intoxicated people right outside the room talking and shouting until all hours of the morning.”

“The rooms were nice, we got a fridge for free brought to our room (nice size). The mini golf was very nice. But my biggest issue is the lack of indoor corridors!”

“The location was great. The staff was better. Rooms were spacious, but not very clean. Maybe some of the rooms have been updated, but the three we stayed in weren't. It is a Motel configuration, meaning no interior pretty hallway, just pull your car up to the your room's door and your good to go.”

“This hotel is a 3 star hotel but with outdoor entry to guestrooms, all parking lot and no landscaping outside, and the overall experience was more on par with a 2 star economy hotel. The room was clean enough and had nice amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator but the appearance and condition of the outside really brought the entire experience down for a three star hotel. If it was a two stars my expectations probably would have been met for the price I paid.”

“This hotel has a lot to offer for someone during an extended stay. There were a lot of other rooms closer to all of the amenities. We were also placed on the second floor of the last building.”

“Bathroom was gross. We got in later, went to sleep and left early. In my mind a Holiday Inn doesnt qualify as a 3 star.
This hotel was like an economy.”

“This was probably the worst hotel. I have stayed at 2.5* (a Courtyard by Marriott at LAX), and it was much nicer than this Holiday Inn. The doors to the room opened to the outside, the outdoor halls were very dirty, the room was okay for the $, but would not have been at any higher price point.”

“Beyond the attentiveness of the staff and the great location, there isn't much going for this property.”

“Rooms were nice, a little bit small though for a family. Maid carts were left out all night on the sidewalks? If they do this in the summer - say hello to bugs in your bed. Was solid sheet of ice - no ice melt or salt or grit was applied - poorly lit - no cones or signs of warning.”

“This was a very nice Holiday Inn even though it was older, it had been well renovated. Holiday Inn's policy on breakfast is not good though. If your not a member and sign up (it is free) you get
your breakfast free. Not any other family members, so this is not a good thing for families. It is an odd offer though because they also give you a coupon for a free beer! So Holiday Inn would rather hold back on feeding a muffin to a child and give an adult a beer.”

“Pleasant atmosphere upon entering room, room location was great, family oriented but also oriented for the business type person. Staff was pleasant and courteous, as a traveler it was being welcomed by old friends, made you feel great, room amenities were nice and appreciated especially if you didn't feel like going out after a busy day, the rooms are set up so you can relax and enjoy yourself.”

“Hotel was convenient and easy to find. The lobby area and restaurant/sports bar looked like they might be nice if we had the time to stay. There was a large picnic area in the back and an indoor pool that would probably be nice for a family to enjoy. We only stayed overnight. The room was comfortable and suited our needs. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly.”

“The hotel was great. The kids loved the pools. The pools connect in the middle so you can swim inside and outside without getting out which they loved.”

“This hotel is on the scale of a 1 star economy hotel. It is an older hotel with worn accommodations and overall worn appearance. It is not the typical quality that you see for Holiday Inns or Hampton Inns. It was no where near where we wanted and the local travel was very bad.”
