• The staff at the front desk were courteous and did their best to accommodate us.
• Located in a not so safe surrounding and not very clean, especially the rooms which allowed smoking.

“Not a bad price considering the fact that its located close to heart of Washington DC. But the walk from the hotel to the nearest Metro is not very safe. The staff was good and were very friendly, but the rooms could have been more clean. The portion of the hotel with rooms where smoking was allowed was particularly bad.”

• Rooms were freshly furnished.
• No available water due to a line break during my stay.

“Desk employee was not an owner of the property. No accommodations or suggestions were offered for how to deal with the water crisis, such as another hotel or health club that could offer facilities. We had to take a $35 cab ride (instead of using public transport. For $3.50) to get to place near my appt (in a hospital) in order to get a morning shower.”
