• The pool side room was great but the pool was not handicapped accessible.

• Front desk did not require identification to get a replacement key.

• Location, historic style, atmosphere, friendly staff.
• Very tiny bathroom, but acceptable.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs accommodations in this area of the country. Dinners a very good. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Many parts come with this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Beautifully furnished and decorated.”

• Not too much.
• Etremely small rooms and very ancient.

“This was very disappointing as the Genetti is thought to be a very elegant hotel. However, we got rooms that we old and not remodeled. That was frustrating. Only two towels for four guests, per room. We will not stay at this motel again, unless we can be guaranteed updated rooms.”

• Comfortable rooms and quiet, I never heard anyone in the halls of in the rooms next to ours.
• We had some snow the day before we arrived and the parking lot wasn't plowed well at all. Cars were parked everywhere. My car was hit in the lot.

“I would stay again but only if the hotel did not have an event they were hosting. The evening we spent at the hotel they were hosting the Lycoming County Republic Committee Lincoln Day dinner. There was a lot of snow in the lot which made parking a bigger issue. There had been snow the day before our arrival and the parking lot was not plowed well at all. I had to wedge my car in a spot with the intention of moving my vehicle when the guest at the dinner left. We did get to move my car into an actual parking space later in the evening. In the morning when we checked out of the hotel and got to the parking lot we discovered that my car had been hit. The parking lot really leaves a lot to be desired especially when the hotel is hosting any functions.”

• Good location in downtown Williamsport.
• Hotel is run down and needs updating.

“Wallpaper was peeling from walls in bathroom. Toilet clogged twice. None of the three room phones worked for days even after calling the front desk for repair. Girl at front desk couldnt tell us where the hotel's gym was because she "had never been there" very disappointed with every aspect of the stay.”

• The outside of the building is older with character.
• Everything else about the hotel was less than desirable.

“I would never stay in this hotel again. Our room was no nicer than a motel. It needed to be totally updated 8. The furniture was mismatched, the closet was a free-standing particleboard wardrobe and the walls were drab. There was a definite odor to the room. But the worst thing was the shower. In the morning, when I turned on the shower, a huge wad of dark brown hair came floating to the drain. I cleaned that out and got in the shower. When I turned toward the shower wall, I saw the same dark strands of hair stuck to the shower tile, not just one or two strands. The tile was covered with the hair. It was disgusting! My husband and I left the room as soon as we showered. We went to the desk and complained about the room and the shower in particular. We will never go back.”
