“This hotel offers moderate accommodations but puts you in close access to downtown Washington, DC. One should be aware that parking is an additional $20 / day and internet runs $9 / day, so you should expect additional charges. The selling point here is definitely location so it is best suited for a business traveler or someone visiting the downtown attractions.”

“The room is a basic hotel room for the money. The noise from the street was terrible (if you are a light sleeper you will not get any rest).”

“The hotel started on fire while we were staying there on December 19, 2007. There were flames coming out of a 7th floor window but the employees kept turning off the alarm! After more than five fire trucks came and put out the fire the hotel moved us from our room that was badly damaged by the sprinklers and smoke into another room that was also damaged by water. Employees were telling prospective guests that it was just a problem with the sprinklers. The whole situation was dangerous and unlawful. I would never ever stay at this hotel.”
