• Staff was very nice.
• bathroom, hours of pool use,charge for parking not included in price.

“The staff at the Hilton Silver Springs was nice. However, as a family staying during summertime, the pool was not available until early evening and the showers were less than warm in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was very small and I was charged $12 a day for parking. It seemed a little scammish, to add an extra fee on top of what I had planned to spend. Overall I would not rate this as a 3 star hotel, with the exception of the staff.”

• Close to the Metro Transit Station.
• Pool was broken, no discount.

“Only 3 blocks to the metro transit station. The pool was nice and warm but broke after our 2nd day. Parking is $12/night in the hotel valet garage but overnight parking on the street is free till 9am. A lot of shops and restaurants to walk to and the Metro Train takes you to all the D.C. sites in 20 minutes for $2.20 each way.”

• The service was wonderful and it was easy to find.

“The hotel was close to the building I was meeting in as well as close to Washington DC sites. The hotel was clean, the staff was very professional, and the room was very clean.”

• Underground parking.
• Staff, check in.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; the room was not maintained but once in our three nights stays. There were no counter tops associated with the sink. Had to use chairs to spread out our toiletries. Had to call three times for clean towels and wash cloths.”

• Front Desk Clerk was very friendly and efficient.
• Ice from room service took 45 minutes.

“The valet parker crashed my car. The insurance agent who contacted me was very rude and an almost aggressive in his dealings with me. I had to contact the hotel manager to have another agent handle the problem.”
