• Nice staff.
• Appalling level of noise in the hallway at six a.m.

“After a late night at the opera, I was awakened by the cleaning staff outside my room at six a.m., where their station was located. They shouted at each other for more than an hour. It was impossible to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. I would, however, never stay there again because of this problem.”

• No desk in rooms.

“Bad Points - A bit of a walk from the Metro if you are hauling bags. Spartan breakfast. 1st floor room can be noisy. Interior rooms dismal. Rooms adequately clean, but not much more. Good points - Good value if you just want a place to sleep. Washington Post instead of USA Today. Friendly staff. Good location for restaurants -close to Dupont Square. ”
