• Safe and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
• Breakfast area limited and poor service.

“This is a good place and located well for a lot of things. The breakfast service area was very small and could not accommodate many people. Pool was cold and not heated. No towels to use in pool area.”

• The hotel staff was very helpful, cordial, and efficient.

“While traveling on a business trip, the hotel was a welcome place of rest, comfort, and ease. Hotel staff were efficient, cordial, and extremely helpful. The location is convenient and affords an easy route to downtown Harrisburg. I would stay again under similar circumstances.”

• Near highway.
• When we arrived no hot water. and swim team ate all the food.

“The experience was far from stellar. When we arrived my daughter was going to take a shower only to discover there was no hot water. The desk clerk was friendly and was going to switch us to another room. We repacked and getting ready to move when we were informed the manager (who was not on site) said we had to stay put and wait for the water to recycle? We waited for over an hour and we gave up and went to bed. The next morning we had hot water, but at the continental breakfast we were greeted by a swarm of teenagers who quickly consumed all the food and the put fruit and other goods in their pockets. My wife barley got a dough nut Needless to say we were very disappointed.”

• Convenient location, clean and loved the workout room.
• Breakfast could have been better for the price range.

“Great location, clean, spacious bathrooms, workout room, pool and spa were a real plus. Continental breakfast was adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again next time we are in the area.”

• I was greeted cheerily when returning in the evening.
• 1) Dirty bathroom 2) No staff at counter for long time. Had to get my cell phone out of the car and call the motel from the front desk.

“The bathroom was dirty, with hairs in the tub and a broad smudge on the faucet. No staff at the desk. I had to get my cell phone and call from the front desk, and still got no help. It looked like it was a deserted hotel. Friendly night staff, though.”

• The appliances there were not in good condition and they were stingy with the toiletries.

“The sheets were not of good smell. I am certain they did not change the comforter on the bed. It had bad smell.”

• Surrounded by many retail stores and restaurants.
• Bathroom had whiskers all over the sink and hair in tub.

“I asked for an upgrade at check-in but they would not accommodate me because I booked through a third party. Also upon entering the room, I found the bathroom to be quite dirty, with whiskers on the sink, hair in the bathtub and splash marks on the mirror.”

• It was in our price range.
• It was farther away from Hershey park than we liked.

“Although the hotel was new it just had a bit of an odd atmosphere-something that even my young kids picked up on. We had a power outage that was not the hotels fault. The room had a strange smell-not dirty, just off.”
