• I loved the location and the very comfortable beds.
• Our TV remote didn't work properly.

“The holiday inn was perfect for our needs. It was affordable, clean and close to the Metro line. We were very appreciative of the second sink outside of the bathroom and the very comfortable beds.”

• I wasn't expecting a couch, nice surprise.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like.

“The lobby was very clean and interesting wax figure was really special. I expected a standard room with a bed, desk and single chair but in addition got a couch and coffee table which was a nice little extra, we didn't have to eat dinner on the bed. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was excellent. I was really happy with the hotel.”

• The lobby was lovely, the bar friendly, and the room very clean. The location was EXCELLENT.

“I was traveling with my 9 year old grandson. The location was perfect for us is a residential and very safe area. It was within walking distance of DuPont Circle with lots of restaurants and we walked to all the monuments and museums. The entire staff were always helpful and friendly and very patient.”

• Excellent complimentary tea and coffee bar; wonderfully helpful staff for finding restaurants and convenient sundries shop on site.
• Ordinary soap and shampoo.

• Very good location and friendly staff.
• No free breakfast and parking was expensive.

“Overall, my stay was pleasant. Clean rooms (nothing fancy) and a friendly staff. Not only was there no free breakfast but the menu was a little pricey. Entrance of the parking garage was down a little alley way which was kind of sketchy.”

• Too cold in restaurant, no fridge in room.

“The hotel was in a fantastic location for touring DC and it was near enough to residential amenities to make it easy to get healthy food from supermarkets & your own bottle of wine. I loved it here and I was a single woman traveling alone - I felt
completely safe in the hotel & the neighborhood & walking to and from the monuments & museums.”

“This hotel is an excellent value. It is well maintained and the the staff is friendly and helpful. It is in an excellent location for access to Metro and from there, all major sightseeing sights within the D.C. area.”

• Desk staff is interrupted by phones, etc when talking to customers.

“Overall good but slightly overpriced. Desk staff allow themselves to be interrupted by anything else when talking with customers. Hotels don not seem to recognize what a bad impression that answering the phones when talking to customers. They seem not to care about the customer in front of them like we already have your money.”

• The breakfast buffet made my mouth very happy!
• Difficult to find an ice machine that worked, I kept going 4 floors down.

“The Hotel fit all of our needs. The bed was clean and comfortable, the location was in an area that we felt safe walking around. The Metro station is walking distance so that was nice, California Pizza was a delicious treat one night and it was close enough that we could walk. I'd go back to that hotel again if given the opportunity.”

• Hotel was clean and well kept.
• Elevators were very small and very slow.

“Very nice for a Holiday Inn. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the metro. The Farrugut North station is a nicer walk than the other station that is close to the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Room quality and parking arrangements.

“I paid 25 dollars per day to use the parking garage. On the first morning of my stay my car was parked in behind three trucks, a forklift and two cars were belonging to the hotel staff. I asked to have the vehicles moved multiple times. Rather than accommodating my request, more cars were parked behind mine. I missed a very important morning meeting.”
