“ The hotel is very clean and spacey for the location and price. My room had bed, desk, little sofa, flat screen, not too bad. Only thing I didn't like about the room is that it had little bit of odor which I wasn't too fond of. The bathroom sink was clogged. Convenient location in the heart of downtown, right next to the metro, a couple of blocks away from white house. A perfect place to stay for a business trip. ”

“ Club Quarters is well located 2 blocks from the White House and is in walking distance from all majors attractions. This is perfect for the leisure traveler because he does not need a car once parked. The hotel is situated right next to the subway stop if one does need to use the Metro. ”

“The hotel was great, near the subway and within walking distance of all the sites. This room met my expectations and then some.”

“The room was on the small side but still had room for a desk and an arm chair. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed. There was a filtered, cold water dispenser on each floor with empty plastic bottles. Also on each floor was a closet that held extra coffee and creamers, iron and board and extra blankets. The ice maker is in the basement with the exercise equipment. The restaurant next door had an entrance from the hotel or the street. They provided room service but I didn't get an answer when I called (although I did eat lunch there once and the food was very good). The hotel also provided menus from several restaurants that delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful.”

“It was conveniently located 2 blocks from the White House and all other major sightseeing. The Metro was located directly next to the Metro and extremely easy to access and use. The rooms were very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. I asked for extra coffee to make a pot and the staff was there immediately. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again!”

“This hotel has small rooms but comfortable and is one of the best values in the heart of DC. The rooms have a nice contemporary design and some of the rooms over look Farragut Square park. The Orange/Blue line Metro station entrance is directly under this hotel.”

“The hotel was great for what we needed - a place to crash with a clean room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the great location to Farragut Square and the White House.”

“Hotel is very old. No parking had to pay $28.00 to leave our vehicle two blocks away. Very noisy in the room from the streets outside. Ok to stay there one night. Could not imagine trying to stay more than that.

“The rooms were very cramped and not made for comfort. There was no bathtubs to take a bath or relax in (shower only). Room service was from 5 pm - 9 pm only. TV was mounted on the wall half the length of room away so it was uncomfortable to watch. You have to go to the basement for vending machine or ice. Rooms were only designed to work and then sleep in. Comfort was not designed into the room at all.”

“Good location but room was very small and there was no hotel parking (none). Parking was 3-4 blocks away and if you were out late past 12AM the parking garage was closed. AC in hotel didn't work very good.”

“Room was very small and the AC did not work very well. Good location but there was no parking at the hotel - not even valet service. Parking was 2 blocks from hotel and closed at 12PM if you were staying out late you were out of luck.”

“Great location. Metro stop 15 feet from hotel front door. However, upgrade to a suite unless you want have to go out into the hallway to turn around. Not suited for more than one person in a room.”

“This Club Quarters location worked well for me. It was closer - 2 metro stops - to my conference than expected and was central enough that I could travel with ease to various parts of DC. The room was nice without being extravagant, and the service at the hotel was FANTASTIC.”

“Suitable for business person. Nice club room to get on computers provided. Not really geared to leisure travelers with clothes to unpack, negligible closet and virtually no dresser. Shower stalls but no bath tub. Restaurant attached but not a coffee shop type and doesn't open till lunch. Construction all around and very noisy inside the room from outdoor activities (especially on the second floor).”

“It is okay for a traveler that is going to be in town and only needs a place to sleep. For me (65) with my daughter (34) it was okay. However, for me and my husband, or seniors, he would need more overall comfort. Such as enough space to sit in an arm chair to rest his neck - enough space to have on a TV without interrupting another's space. For the short trip of sightseeing and the convenience of the being able to walk anywhere (if able) it was great. I, personally, would not book this hotel with my husband. With a younger person, it was just fine.”
