• Good location, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff.
• Small room size, 1 staff member was unfriendly .

“Staff was generally very friendly & helpful, except for 1 person. The room was small, but comfortable & very clean & quiet. The location is great - many restaurants, shops, & a short walk to the metro station & Dupont circle.”

“It was great for what I needed. It would have been nice to be able to watch a movie without dropping another 15$. Just wish I had the luxury to write such things off. BUT it really was a great stay. Nice room, comfy bed, great view. Nice folks at the front desk. I would recommend it and Priceline to friends.”

• Great location, and many things in walking distance.
• Paying for parking.

“The hotel is located in a pretty safe area of the district, so I was comfortable being out no matter the time. Paying for parking was kind of a bummer, but with the room price I got, I can't complain. The place had signs of remodeling, but nothing elegant or unclean. Perfect location for business travelers and those coming to town to check out GWU.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Room was a little small.

“Great location near to Dupont Circle and only a couple of Metro stops from the monuments and museums. Hotel is a great launching point in a nice area. The space was a little small, but quite comfortable with a very comfortable king size bed.”

• The location.
• The room was like a closet.

“When
I first arrived at the hotel I had to have the room keys fixed 3 times before they would work. The location was good. The restaurant was more like cafeteria food.
It really wasn't that great for the price that
I paid for breakfast. Staff was always courteous.”

• Helpful, friendly front desk staff. Free internet in room.
• Small bathroom.

“The hotel was fine as a home base while visiting the attractions in Washington. Our room was probably too small for a family to spend much time in. Four blocks from the nearest Metro stop.”

• Parking $20, not agreeable to extend for 1 hour.

“Perfectly located in safe neighborhood. Close to Dupont circle subway station, near the zoo. Although we did not seem to have a restaurant or bar right there, it is close to these establishments.”

• Had apples and chocolate cookies at the entrance to welcome its guests.
• In the fitness center the free weights are awfully picked. Hurt my fingers several times trying to use that old system.

• Free internet/business center, cleaning staff quiet in mornings.
• My door key didn't work a couple of times.

“Friendly and helpful staff overall. Business center extremely convenient although hot. I had a conference across the street at the Hilton but preferred to stay at Marriott. Worked out great.”

• I like how the check out was easy and was able to do it over the hotel phone.
• They stop serving dinner at 10pm and only has one level where there is a vending machine to buy something to eat.

• The staff was very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with.
• It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast instead of a 13.00 buffet.
