• The location to Dupont Circle, the friendly staff, the fantastic breakfast were all 5 star.
• Nothing I disliked but would enjoy a simple buffet dinner on the order of the daily buffet breakfast.

• Location, suite room with full kitchen.
• Decor needs to be updated to a more modern look.

“Location was great. It is near the Dupont Circle Q St. North exit metro. Tons of restaurants, and lounges next door, across the street and within a short walking distance. The staff was friendly, and accommodating, although sometimes may not have been very knowledgeable on certain things; case in point, when I arrived they assigned me a room, which was already occupied (I found this out when I got to the room and opened the door), I went back down to the front desk, and the representative assigned me another room, but this time the bathroom was a handicapped bathroom. I went back downstairs, and the representative assigned me another room, this time though the room was fine, she actually called the last time to make sure everything was ok and the room was to my liking. A complimentary breakfast is provided, the options are doable, but it could have been a bit fancier (omelets, pastries, a better fruit display), however since it's free the whole time you stay there I can't really complain. Also I think the time frame for breakfast on the weekends should end later than 10am, maybe push it back an hour, to 11am.”

• The sheets kept coming off the mattress, too small I guess.

“It was located very close to the public transportation, and very easy to get into the heart of DC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.”

• Location, affordability, cleanliness. Everything was perfect!
• Parking. Just DC parking is difficult as usual. But you can pay $25.00 a night to hotel. I parked on the street with no real problems!

• amazingly comfortable beds, free breakfast.
• Expensive hotel parking.

“I realize parking is somewhat scarce in the Dupont area, but I still have a hard time with any hotel charging $25+ parking. Everything else about this hotel was wonderful - great location, very nice complimentary breakfast, huge rooms, and amazing beds. I highly recommend it.”

• Room service would come kinda late.

“The hotel was very homey I felt like I was at a summer home or family house. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. House keeping kind of shows up late, but were very happy to clean. I tell any one with class and that wants a home away from home that's a great hotel 2 stay at.”

• Desk clerk pleasant.
• Did not have 2 beds like I selected.

“Room was nice/clean but only had one bed when I requested 2. Location was decent. Dining and metro easy walking distance. Desk help pleasant. Breakfast available but we did not wake up early enough to eat.”

• Nicely furnished, quiet, and comfortable. I slept really well.
• No view, and almost a 45 minute walk to the Washington Mall.

“Right around the corner from the hotel was the Bricks Keller which was casual and had a huge beer selection. Rock Creek Park was only 2 blocks away, and the red line was available 2 blocks away. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and made for a good start to our day. I would have no problem at all staying here again.”

“Small room; loud HVAC system and very loud vent fan in bathroom; small towels, small linens on bed which got detached from mattress (which is absolutely gross!); poor lighting; indifferent staff; stucco is walls which felt institutional more than 'hotel'; overall, a very poor value for the money, and poor experience. Would recommend embassy suites a few block away as a decent place to stay, and cheaper.”

• I loved the location and I loved the spacious, work room.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like.

“The suite was spacious and conducive to the work I needed to do. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. (I needed to stay a little past check out time and they were very gracious about that.) I would absolutely elect to stay there again. My experience was just excellent.”

• Only one elevator to garage; slow during peak times.

“Excellent location for seeing the sites close to metro stop, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Full breakfast included was great; having a kitchenette in the room and a grocery market next door lets you stock the room with beverages etc and not have to pay the high prices at the hotel's mini shop. A great value!”
