• Location and very clean.
• The room was tiny, it held a double bed not queen as they said and there was no walking space around bed.

“It seems that the 4th floor is allocated and lacks the amenities of the rest of the rooms, no refrigerators on this floor as well as size of rooms are compromised.”

• Given small room, not standard room.

“I was excited to get a 4 star hotel is a location fairly close to the metro in Downtown DC. Entering the room was disappointing. It was a very small room, small bathroom, no microwave or refrigerator, and definitely not a standard room for the hotel.”

• Illy cafe.
• Rooms and location.

“The first room they put us in was extremely small. Queen bed with barely room to move around. We complained and they moved us. The lobby floors need to be redone. The location was suppose to be in Georgetown but was a good mile away. It was at best a 3.5 star.”

• The helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff.
• The room was very small.

“Our (my grandson and I) experience was a very good one at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable although the room was extremely small.”

• Nice shower, comfy bed, neat rolling desk.
• Windows should open...I promise I won't jump out! Trust me! Also room was smallish.

• The staff was professional, pleasant and very helpful.
• The rooms were extremely small and I wish it was closer to a metro stop.

“The staff was very professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the flat screen TV. However, the rooms were extremely small. As a paying guest of the hotel I didn't like to have to pay for internet access, especially when anyone off the street could get it for free downstairs in the lobby. As with most hotel restaurants, the food was a little above average but was very overpriced. Overall, we would stay there again due to the great staff, very clean rooms and common areas and the seeming safety of the area.”

• They went out of their way to find a nearby theater.

“This is a great location nearby Dupont Circle, Foggy Bottom, Georgetown, the White House and the Smithsonian and the Monuments. We appreciated the very nice clean and quiet room for a great price in DC.”

• Location was excellent, very quick check in & car service.
• They overcharged me for parking and I had to contest the charge upon seeing my statement.

“Excellent amenities - beautiful & spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere. I loved the lounge area!”

• The bathroom was very nice.
• I did not like that there was not a refrigerator in the room.

“The reviews I read for this hotel stated that the rooms were very small. I beg to disagree. I believe the hotel room size was adequate for being in a Metro city. The room layout allowed for the maximum use of the space. The room decorations were simple but modern. The bathroom was very nice, but small. I have no complaints really.”
