“The room was very clean, the lobby was pretty, the staff was nice and helpful but there was a problem when it came to checkout. Our paid parking ticket would not let the bar release in the parking garage to let our car out. It took a walk back to the lobby for a new ticket and talking to the call for help button, not to mention sitting in a hot car for 10 minutes to get the ticket to work so we could leave. We had to motion for other cars to get in the other exit lane and go around us while we repeatedly explained our situation to the call button.”

“While a cost-effective place to stay compared with nearby hotels, it's obvious they need to commit more staff to various functions. For example, my check out took 40 minutes - simply because I had to wait in line behind 3 other people. It shouldn't have taken that long. The staff members were extremely friendly, which is amazing when you consider how overworked they appeared to be. Also, our first night was to include a queen-sized bed and a sofa-bed. The room did not have the latter, so I was forced to sleep on a roll-away bed that curved up at each end, making me feel like a taco.”

“They treated us like second-class customers, and seemed less willing to make any special effort for us to sort things out. The staff remained relatively professional, and did give us a room. Their attitude was condescending. I would not stay here again.”

“The location was excellent. However the hotel performance was very poor. Not expected from a chain like best western, we had stayed on a bottom line Sheraton a few days ago and it was so much better. When we arrived we were taken to four rooms before one of them was clean (including beds not made and towels on the floor!) The hotel's excuse was lack of personal because of holidays! On Jan 2, unbelievable! Next days were pretty much the same. On the second day, we arrived at 6 pm and our room was not made. Hotel personal offered my husband clean sheets and towels for him to make his own room! (Wasn¿t that what we were paying for?). Breakfast was not worth going, food and location were very poor (egg. There were cereals but not skim milk, orange juice was mixed with water, and you had to carry your own dishes to a den). Front desk was fine but in general service was not an asset of this hotel.”
