• Does not apply.

“Our initial room, although non smoking had definitely been occupied by a smoker. One call to the front desk, and we were immediately moved to another room. By the time we got to the front desk, they had new key cards ready.”

• Comfy beds! Friendly staff.
• Charge for internet access.

“We stayed at this hotel at the end of our trip and they by far had the most comfortable beds. Good sized bath towels. Friendly shuttle driver and staff. Very helpful. Don't like having to pay for internet access. Something like $13 per night.”

• It was convenient and the area was beautiful.
• When a room had room service the dishes were outside the door and not picked up in 24 hrs.

• The cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby area.
• Parking could have been complimentary given the hotel had its own parking garage.

“The hotel was nice clean and convenient. The rooms were adequate but nothing special. It served my purpose for having a place to sleep while taking my daughter on college visits. However for a vacation, I would choose a hotel with rooms a bit more luxurious.”

• We were allowed to check in early.
• I wish it had complimentary breakfast.

• I requested smoking and they said they would reserve it. But when I arrived they said they did not have any.

• Very convenient to restaurants and government offices.
• Very cramp facilities; claustrophobic rooms with urban canyon view.

“Remodeled but miniscule first floor common area is attractive but cannot hide the fact that this is an aging hotel. Rooms are claustrophobically small. They are equipped with a flat screen TV, which certainly helps navigation is small spaces. View from the small windows is of an urban canyon. Close to government offices and metro, and there are good restaurants nearby.”

• Rooms and overall appearance of hotel exceeded our expectations by far for the price.
• No negative feedback.

“The rooms were large and very clean as was the hotel in general. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to pick up a free shuttle from the airport and the hotel is within walking distance to the metro. No need for a car to see everything we wanted.”

• Comfortable rooms, with two queen size beds.
• high cost of internet at the business center.

“We wanted a hotel near Reagan National Airport for the night previous to our 7:30 am departure. This hotel worked well for our family of five, as we got two rooms. The rooms where very comfortable and the hotel has a rooftop pool that the kids used. The 5am hotel shuttle to the airport was a great convenience. There are quite a few restaurants within a two block radius of the hotel. The only downside was the high cost of internet access at the hotel's business center.”

• Long walk from the metro.

“I would stay again at this hotel in a heartbeat. I enjoy the walk to get to public transportation; however, the hotel does off a shuttle. Very convenient to national airport. Nice selection of eating establishments in easy walking distance.”

• Great location and simple easy check in process, I enjoy the bathrooms and beds especially compared to other hotels.
• Computer access, i.e., wife is the new thing, would have been nice.

• Convenient location with regular shuttle service to DCA!
• Charged us for parking ($18/nite) when we did not park there. Had to have the front desk reconcile our bill.
