• Friendly staff, great beds.
• Parking $22.50/day, pool drained.

“The was a pleasant stay. Beds dressed with crisp clean cotton sheets with a down comforter and an assortment of feather and foam pillows. Help at the front desk was always available and all inquires were answered quickly and correctly. Restaurant is a little expensive, but in Washington DC, everything is expensive. Metro stop is literally across the street and Crystal City shops have an assortment of dining options. Only down side is parking at $22.50 per night which is charged immediately to your credit card. We were disappointed that the pool was closed. These things were only minor and did not affect our stay.”

“I was not thrilled with the hidden cost for parking. They charged $22.50 per night to park in their parking garage. Other than the fact that the staff was unhelpful and tip-hungry. The hotel was beautiful, the room was quiet, and the TV was really nice.”

• The bed was actually the most comfortable I'd ever slept on.
• The pizza place they recommended was horrible.

“Good hotel, just about what we expected. Being half a block from the Metro station was ideal since we were able to go to Old Town, Reagan Airport and Downtown DC very easily.”

• Parking (expensive, parking space layout is extremely poorly designed).

• The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
• I did not like the extra cost of parking at $22.50 a day.

• The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The best I've ever seen while traveling!
• The pool hours were not convenient for families on vacation. It closed at 8 pm. right about the time we'd like to start using it!

“The hotel was extremely convenient to the Reagan National Airport and the Subway line into D.C. The hotel has an airport shuttle, and the Subway (which goes all around the DC area) is right across the street. If you stay here, there is absolutely no need to rent a car! The hotel staff was the best I have ever experienced, and I do a ton of traveling. They were very attentive and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help. Even when my family wasn't looking for help! The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, check in and check was fast and efficient. There was a rooftop pool, but the hours were quite limited.”

• Just a nice hotel.
• Parking cost was way to high.

“This hotel is very nice, the staff went out of there way to take care of us. The parking was pricey, and the elevators seemed to be slow when the hotel was busier. Other than that very nice place, rooms are quiet even though there was a party on Sat. night (we were notified about it on Fri.) we could not hear the party going on. Very clean, I would recommend this hotel and again the staff was great.”

“Sheraton Hotel was great due to location convenient located by Metro-line (blue), shopping, food, computers with Internet available, room was clean, area was safe (my son, 10 years old and I would walk at night to restaurants), staff was nice, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• It was a very nice hotel and our room was clean and comfortable.
• We had to pay almost $20 per day for parking. The access to the front of the hotel and the parking garage is a bit confusing.

“The Sheraton in Crystal City met our expectations in every way. We were very comfortable and very happy with our room. The restaurant served a great lunch (that is the only meal we ate in the hotel). Overall, a very nice stay, except for the parking fees.”

• The staff were awesome in assisting me, even going as far as personally showing me how to use the metro rail.
• Expense of parking per day.

• The rooms were nice and attractive. The bed was very comfortable but I was most impressed with how clean the bathroom was.
• It did not provide free parking. They had a deck and to valet park was $24.00.that is way too expensive if I am a guest in your hotel.

“The rooms were great. They were clean and comfortable and a good location since we were using the metro to travel into dc. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish the cost for parking was include for guest of the hotel. Had I known we may have picked somewhere else?”

• The shower floor (no tub, probably a handicap room) is higher than the bathroom floor. Water flow out to the bathroom floor when showering.

• I fell in love with the staff. The front desk manager was just great.
• The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was available. .

“I stayed here at next door at the Marriott. The Marriott had nicer rooms but their staff could not come close to these guys here at the Sheraton. They were just fabulous. From the manager down to the room maids. This will be my choice for hotel. Just make sure you're hungry before you purchase the breakfast buffet.”

• The lobby area was warm and inviting, and our room far exceeded our expectations based on previous reviews I had read.
• I was under whelmed by the quality of the breakfast buffet served on the weekends.

“We found the lobby area clean and inviting. The room we had was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and let a friend who came to visit us park for free. It is a 2 minute walk to the metro, although the metro ride into dc took us a good 45 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.”
