• Close to the Metro, friendly staff.
• No pool!

“The hotel/room was clean, comfortable and well appointed for the star level and price. I was disappointed when told that free parking was actually $23.00 per night and the pool was closed permanently due to structural issues (roof location). The area is very nice and quite convenient to Washington DC.”

• Liked almost everything.
• The only thing
  I didn't like was the full size bed.

“ The only thing I didn't like was the bed. They had no rooms with a queen bed. My husband is a tall, bigger man and his toes hung off the end and we are used to a king - so the double bed was not very comfortable. EVERYTHING else was great. It was close to shopping and dining - 3 minutes from the airport. Lovely place.

• Close to Metro station.
• No swimming pool / hot tub.

“ Room was very comfortable and roomy. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Parking was $22.50 per night which was a surprise to me. Staff was very helpful and gave us some good tips on getting around the area. ”

• The hotel staff could not have been more friendly.
• Parking garage was overcrowded with cars parked everywhere. Didn't feel my car was safe there. Teens were loud on our floor.

“ The hotel staff alone makes this hotel 3 1/2 star. However, there was no refrigerator in the room and no shower gel. And, teenagers were running around our floor making lots of noise until late into the evening.
”

• Flexibility with the Winter Storm and extending my stay.

“Very good experience for the business stay and then being there three extra days due to the winter storm in DC. Location is excellent. Close to metro and to shopping and restaurants.”

• Excellent customer service.
• Elevators seemed to be slow to come to floors despite there being 3 of them.

“The Crystal City Sheraton is conveniently located in Arlington just a short walk from a metro station into DC. The staff was courteous and took great pride in their hotel. Overall, this hotel did a phenomenal job representing their brand and taking care of our needs.”

• Clean. Airport shuttle. Good amenities.

“I was not happy with the room. They claimed that they were completely full even though I had just booked prior to driving there. I called immediately after booking and was able to get a crib for my baby, which was in the room when we arrived.”

“The location was great. However was not aware of the construction to the garage and the pool was closed. The construction was very loud, could hear from the garage below ground to the room on 12th floor.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Our room was between those of school's visit to DC. We called security because of the late night & early morning noise in the wall.

“The hotel was excellent except for our room assignment mentioned in the previous comment regarding the school trip. The school guests should have been put in a more isolated area away from other guest.
Parking charges were very high.”
