• Great location to La Guardia airport. Shuttle service was always available, convenient and friendly.

“Great service and accommodations. We dined in the restaurant/bar for dinner three nights in a row for their fantastic prime rib! Had to pay for Internet service, though.”

• Restaurant Staff was really nice.

“I woke up in the middle of the night and found a bed bug in the bed w/ me. I called downstairs to be moved immediately, customer service rep. cud not do anything until morning when management arrive. Put it in plastic bag gave to manager, wrote a letter and haven't heard back from him yet.”

“We enjoyed our stay here, it was relatively quiet even though there was construction across the street. The food in the restaurant was limited and expensive, but that is completely normal for a hotel restaurant. The pool is small but functional. They do have WiFi in the rooms despite some lack of clarity on that subject on their web site.”

• It was close to the airport and had a free shuttle.
• Limited cable channels.

“The hotel was clean and well soundproofed with a view of city lights and the river. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. The desk help was friendly but did not always know what they were talking about. There was no free breakfast. The experience was nondescript but pleasant.”

• Construction next to my room.

“It was a nice hotel, but I did not appreciate being woke up by hammers and drills at 8 in the morning after I had gotten in late. It would have been nice if they would have put me in a room that was not right next to the construction. I was very tired for work the next day.”

• The staff was very helpful and polite.
• It was in between other large buildings and difficult to locate at first. Also, I did not like having to pay $14/day for parking!

“It was fine except for the detached pool staff and the pay to park situation (and having to enter a code each time I came in and out) and the location - the general area was fine but the way the building is situated made it a little difficult.”

• Staff very nice and helpful and nice to have snacks for guests at front desk.
• A.C. was erratic and didn't keep room at even temp. TV had volume issues with commercials.

“Any Marriott is going to be a nice place to stay. This Courtyard Marriott was well located, I never had to wait for a shuttle to the Metro, the staff was very friendly and quite helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, business travelers, families, sightseers to the Nation's Capitol and Northern Virginia.”

• Courtesy shuttle to airport and Metro stop.
• A little far from the metro, restaurants, and shopping.

“Spacious room, no microwave or fridge. Was a little far from the area attractions but they do offer a free shuttle with area if you can wait a little bit. All of service was great with the exception of one shuttle driver.”

• Smoke-free, clean rooms, comfortable beds.
• Key card stopped working on last night.

“This hotel was great for what we needed - convenient location and a nice clean room for our weekend trip. Parking would have been expensive at $12/day but we were able to have friends drive us around. Our only complaint, albeit minor, is that our key card stopped working on the last night and we had to wait a few minutes for someone to get to the front desk and give us a new one. Overall I'd recommend the hotel, especially if you'd like to be near the airport.”
