• Location.
• Room did not have refrigerator.

• The breakfast which I paid for was delicious.
• They charged for self parking.

“ The hotel was very nice. I would have liked to pinpoint the area I needed to stay in better. I took the train to Washington, DC. Drove to WV drove back stayed over and took the train back in the morning. It would have been better if your people could have found me the Sheraton which was on the way back. ”

• Room was for
  a handicapped person - Bathroom set-up was awkward to use.

“Hotel and staff was first-rate. The only complaint I had (a very small one) was that the room was especially equipped for a handicapped person (not me). The shower was large and had a slight lip around the outer edge, which made it very easy for water to spill over into the floor. The shower head was a sprayer, and did not easily adjust for a person standing up. I've stayed in other hotels before via Priceline, and was placed in handicap-accessible rooms as well, seemingly because those rooms aren't used as much and are easily discounted.”

• Clean rooms; convenient shuttles to metro/airport.
• $20/night parking fee; breakfast wasn't included.

“Very nice rooms in a safe neighborhood; convenient shuttles to metro station/airport. Internet access is free only in the lobby.”

• Clean and well maintained.
• Not close to public transportation.

“Is a nicely maintained and clean hotel but is not located near public transportation or a local community with restaurants and entertainment. $20 per day for parking is a little high. Each room has a nice flat screen TV but no programming in HD, thus each station looks worse than a traditional TV set.”

• Location and indoor swimming pool.
• There was no free Wi-Fi given to the room, charged parking, bad room given to Priceline customers.

“Hotel is OK. But you have to pay parking $20 per day, and there is no free WiFi access to the room. You have to come down to the lobby. Don't expect to see anything.”

• Friendliest staff, went out of their way to help us.

“This was the best hotel we stayed in on our 14 day trip. The staff was exceptional, hotel was clean, a great experience. Wish we had stayed there the other two days instead of the Westin.”

• high cost for having a room refriderator, no microwaves.

“This hotel is interested in treating the guest as number 1. Great van service every half hour to shopping mall and subway line that takes you anywhere in DC and Alexandria.”

• Staff, views & cleanliness.
• Price of parking, price of food, no Jacuzzi, slow & sometimes undependable shuttle.

“Great staff, very clean & comfortable rooms, great views of DC looking across the Potomac River. The parking at $18.00 a day is high. The price of food in the hotel restaurants is very high.”

• The staff is wonderful, very smart, kind, and helpful.
• There is nothing not to like.

“In this world, the word service and making you stay great are seldom used and almost never acted upon. This place will change you mind completely. First rate staff willing to meet all your needs and the place is great for comfort and ease. If all hotels ran as this on, we would travel more often. Simply great!”

• The bedding was great with down pillows, blanket and comforter.
• The coffee machine made the water taste terrible and the hot water from the faucet was rusty looking at times.

“I would stay there again. It was close to airport so had free shuttle to and from. The rooms were clean and comfortable - the beds were great and the help were very friendly and helpful. The room service was excellent - fast and very tasty. Great value.”
