• The parking attendant was helpful, however, I think they was motivated by the tips.
• The surrounding parking was a huge inconvenience and wireless was not free.

• The staff was awesome! Especially the hotel operator and it's a great location for DC site seeing.
• Large rooms (they told me) all have adjoining doors so you hear everything going on in the other room.

“Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Safe, clean, convenient and a Starbucks right up the street!”

• Room was very attractive and clean. The location was great just one street away from the metro.
• Internet cost $10/24 hours and it is per computer connected not for the room.

“We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our visit. The room was nice, nothing spectacular, but clean, comfortable, and modern. The location was convenient. Overall experience was positive.”

• This hotel exceeded my expectations.

“I called in advance because I knew I would be arriving late. I requested a top floor room with a view and they accommodated my request. When I got to the Hotel I realized that I had left my phone charger, the front desk was like we have a box full, if you find one that match its yours. The room and decor was very tasteful and the view amazing. I will go back.”

“I was unable to take advantage of my reservation for two nights at this hotel because of the snowstorm we had on the east coast.
I am very disappointed that this happened. If there is anyway to offer a voucher of some sort I would appreciate it.”

• The exercise room was awesome!
• No pool! Would have loved to sit in a jacuzzi too.

“This was a very nice hotel. Situated in a very convenient location near the Metro, which provides access all over the DC area. I would stay here again.”

• The bed was the most comfortable i've ever slept in.
• the condiments with the in room coffee maker were not good

“Great service. We were upgraded to a king room with no problem. Room was exceptional! Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.”

• Very thin walls - we could hear everything.

“This hotel was perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. My only complaint was the noise level in the rooms. We could hear everything in the hallway which woke us up many times throughout the night.”

• The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area.
• One of the three elevators wasn't working, so during peak hours there was often a long wait.

“We had a horrible stay at this hotel. Ice machines did not work and parking garage/lobby area smelled of garbage. I would not recommend the Hyatt in Arlington.”

• Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Metro is right across the street.
• Typical hotel with outrageous cocktail, food and bottled water pricing.

• Modern room & appointments, very nice bathroom.
• Pillows were awful. Very uncomfortable, gave me a stiff neck each night.

• Friendly, clean, efficient.
• We had a billing problem that took a long time to fix, but the manager fixed it quickly.

“The hotel was great. Staff is friendly, it is clean, close to the Metro. I would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and comfortable.”
