Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • Good location, good value, good free breakfast.
  • The elevators were very slow.

“Great location near the Rossyln Metro. Good Price and the morning breakfast was always appreciated. The only problem is the hotel elevator is agonizingly slow. The hotel also seemed understaffed late at night.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • Very convenient to metro.
  • Bathroom was in serious need of updating.

“Overall, I had a good experience there while on vacation with my wife and two year old daughter. the hotel is only one block from the metro which makes getting downtown easy. The room is simple but functional. The bathroom needs updating. on our trip the sink sprung a leak and they had to send someone up to fix it. Also, there is a sun lamp in the bathroom without its own switch, so that when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the sun lamp goes on. Even given these minor annoyances, I would recommend the hotel to business travelers or families on a budget.”

  • Location is at the heart of Arlington.
  • Bathtub condition is not up to my expectation.

“The staff I first checked in with was kind of less than professional.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[6] • Location:[7]

  • Location.
  • A little run-down.

“Good location in Arlington, but somewhat run-down, although it seemed safe and relatively clean. But for $50, still a pretty good deal. A 5 minute drive from Georgetown, 10 minute walk from the Iwo Jima statue.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • One block from the Roselyn Metro station and free breakfast make for a great value.
  • No complaints, although the outside of the building is ugly.

“I was able to book a room for three nights at the Best Western Key Bridge for approximately the same cost of one night at a hotel in downtown Washington. The Metro station was only one block away, so the 20 minute ride to Capitol Hill was not a problem. The room was clean and included everything I needed. No complaints here. Great value.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[5] • Location:[8]

  • Ask to be put away from elevators, ice machines and tour groups and rooms are quiet.
  • Hallways and lobby seem dirty and the 2 elevators are very slow.

“This hotel is located in a prime location (close and affordable to Georgetown University). The metro stop is right outside the door and parking is included along with a crab heavy breakfast. Rooms are clean and look fairly good. Lobby and halls are worn.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[3] • Location:[8]

  • Free parking and free internet.
  • Rock hard bed, abysmal sponsored food delivery service.

“It is a bit run down. Bath door frame rusted out, tile repair done by a child, hard bed. Would have been ok, had it not been for the sponsored food service, the only option for food here. I ordered a delivered dinner, was charged a bundle for the service, then opened the package to find no eating utensils, no fork, no knife. Called the front desk and was told there was none in the hotel, not true, they provided them for breakfast. Then called the something doctor delivery service back and was told they were sending the driver back. Owner and Manager was absolutely uninterested in any compensation for my now cold meal. Driver returned more than 25 minutes later. Came to the door, he said and handed me the package and walked away.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Very friendly and homely.
  • Did not like the individual room heating system. Rooms not sound proof so we could hear every time somebody walked by or knocked on another door.

“Very good and sweet experience overall. staff very friendly, prompt and helpful.”
