“The hotel ended up transferring me to a different floor that had hot water. The manager called and told me that because of my difficulties that he would take 50% off of my bill. never happened.”

“Situated on a noisy street. Rude Staff. Very small rooms. Low water pressure in the shower. Poor security - Their video surveillance cameras are not connected to anything and are for show only. They damaged our property; we filed a report with the BBB of Washington DC. We did not enjoy our stay and would certainly not recommend this "hotel" to anyone. Stay elsewhere.”

“The hotel is unprofessionally run. The staff is rude. Few amenities for the price. No high-speed internet. The valet damaged our car when attempting to pull it up from their very small garage. The front passenger side was gouged causing $1600 of body repair. My wife and I communicated with the head manager who refused to admit fault and their very amateurish insurance carrier was uncooperative. We are now stuck with a $1600 repair bill. The bottom line, you may save money on the room, but you may also have your car mangled. Don't stay in this hotel.”

“My family and I spent 4 nights at the hotel. The location was great, but the staff was rude. I overheard the bellman and desk clerk laughing about some other guests before they noticed me. Also, an expensive bottle of my wife's perfume was stolen, likely from the bellman when he initially brought our luggage up and I parked the car with the kids. We haven't noticed anything else missing yet. Also, after an altercation with the bellman when he took nearly 30 minutes to retrieve our car from valet, the hot water in our room mysteriously shut off. Coincidentally, after I apologized to him later, the hot water returned within a matter of minutes. Overall, we were content, but keep close track of your valuables and be overly polite to the staff if you want respectable attention.”
