• First floor rooms are door to door from car to room. Perfect for Grandma and easy to get stuff in and out of the car.

“Convenience. Less than 3 miles to terrific neighborhoods for shopping and dining, the Chinese embassy where we needed to get Visas, walking distance to the Rosslyn Metro station, and cool retro bathroom. In the morning I made myself fresh coffee and grabbed a bagel from the continental breakfast. At night I threw restaurant leftovers into the room's mini-fridge. Everything is tidy, in excellent working order and in a safe neighborhood. Perfect for independent individuals, who feel pampered by tangible conveniences rather than expensive-looking furnishings and superficial details.”

• Not enough parking at hotel.

“Good for a overnight stay, clean and comfortable. Not a place to stay a week or more.”

• The motel was ok for a very quick one night.
• Very small office. In a residential area; difficult to get to from highway.

“Fortunately I called the motel due to a very late arrival (after midnight). Everyone said she had not received my reservation and it wouldn't be there until the next day.”

• Great value; very clean; exceeded my expectations.
• No complaints.

“I was looking for the lowest cost hotel stay for a girl scout trip. It was such a low price to be so close to dc that I was concerned about the quality. Although it was an older motel, it was in great condition and immaculate. I was completely satisfied and I'm planning to stay there again on a return trip.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• They claim to have wireless connection, but it's only in the main office area, NOT in the rooms.

“I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers because of the lack of wireless or other internet connection on the rooms. The wireless availability being limited to the main office is highly inconvenient to business travelers. The close proximity to D.C. (15 minutes by car) is positive, however.”

• Close to good jogging trails, friendly staff.
• They did not have our reservations, smoke-filled room was awful.
