• I liked the free parking and cleanliness of this hotel.
• I did not like the smell of the hotel.

“This hotel proved to be very adequate for my stay at the price I could afford and the quality of comfort it allowed. I would recommend and stay here again in the future if needed.”

• The shuttle service offered was really helpful.
• The AC wasn't working well in the room.

“Overall this hotel is adequate as a place to sleep and bath, but not much else. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro station in Pentagon City where you can hop on a train and be in Washington D.C. within 10-15 minutes, which suited my needs for this particular trip. The beds were comfortable; the room was clean. I would stay here again in the future.”

• Relatively close to downtown DC, continental breakfast was provided at n/c.
• Room conditions were very poor.

“As a very frequent business traveler, I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel as well as the surrounding area. The restaurant/bar was in poor condition and the food left little to be desired.”

• Clean, safe, quiet place to stay for a short visit to DC.
• Could use some upgrades in sinks, fixtures.

“It was convenient for an overnight stay in the DC area. The shuttle was on time to take us to Pentagon City to catch the Metro and they used a direct shuttle to take us to the airport. The facilities were clean, comfortable and we felt safe. The hotel can use some sprucing up but overall, it was an affordable option.”

• Good for the price.
• The shuttle service to the Metro was late and insufficient.

“This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great for the price. Staff was attentive and helpful. Conveniently located to DC with free shuttle. But don't expect the shuttle to be on time or to have enough room to fit everybody. When it got to the Metro people were actually running to it in hopes of a seat! Good free breakfast! I would recommend this hotel!”

• Recently remodeled.
• Bathroom sink was old and cracked. Fixtures were well worn and bathroom could have been much cleaner!

“This Comfort Inn has recently undergone a renovation. The room appearance was pleasing to the eye. However, the beds are very cheap and poorly mounted to their base. The bathroom was well worn. The shower faucet rotated 360 degrees. The sink faucet sprayed water out at a 45 degree angle. The sink itself was very well worn and gave the impression that it was ready to fall off the wall at a moment's notice. I do not believe I will stay at this hotel again.”

• Hotel Service was terrible.

“When we checked into the hotel the first night, I had called down to housekeeping to bring up extra blankets. The front desk answered and stated that housekeeping was closed. I said how can I get another blanket? The front desk offered to bring me towels to cover up with. I kindly said no thank you. I expected to come back to our room the next evening to find an extra blanket, there wasn't. They were very rude and unfriendly. Did not seem to want to go out of their way to help or make the stay more comfortable. The location was excellent and the hotel was nice, clean and in a good area. I would not stay again.”

• Very comfortable. I liked the lounge and breakfast area - we took advantage of both.
• There was a somewhat distasteful oder in the hall.

“For our purposes this Hotel met all our needs. The location was very convient to the family we were visiting. Overall it was very clean and well kept and safe as well.”
