“There was no coffee pot in the room. That was the mistake of the staff. They did not show any kindness to respond my request. That's terrible.”

“This hotel is located at very convenient location near to Washington DC and shops. The hotel ambiance is very neat and front desk was very friendly and understanding to our need. On the flip side, they need to improve on Housekeeping. There was absolutely no room service during our stay because of Christmas holiday, which should have been addressed to us during our check ins. Having infant with us caused us some minor discomfort because of this. But, Other than that we were pretty happy with service and hotel and will recommend to others.”

“I called ahead and was assured there would be two cribs in the room when I arrived. I checked in and was told the cribs were on the way. After waiting an hour in the hotel room, I left for my house. I called and was told hey would call right back as soon as they found out the status of the cribs. After waiting a while, I called back and then was cut off after being put on hold. I finally got a person on the line and was told, "Oh, we only have one crib". The apathy of the staff was insulting. They obviously could care less about their customer service. No apology was ever offered for the poor service. It was extremely frustrating.”

“A notice said the hotel would be closed the month of January for complete refurbishing. The beds need new mattresses. I suspect when it reopens, it will be more expensive.”

“This is a no-surprises kind of urban hotel. Everything was as expected. The room was clean and comfortable. No big frills but who really needs them? Two things I might suggest are a shuttle to DCA - Reagan Airport and continental breakfast in the lobby, not at the restaurant 100 yards away.”

“Quality Hotel on Courthouse in Arlington was damp, musty, and poor quality. The toilet was stopped up and the housekeeping was inadequate. Luckily all we really wanted was a place to sleep...and that is what we got. I don't recommend this hotel.”

“Very clean, double/double room, nice restaurant - only downside was it was out of the way - complicated directions, got lost in DC on a Saturday morning, so indirectly got to see monuments up close, so I guess that could be taken as a plus, smile.”
