• Convenience and helpful, friendly staff.
• Dining prices to expensive and parking expensive.

• Clean rooms.
• Had to pay $20/day parking in the Suburbs.

“The room was cleaned nicely everyday. Overall security, safety, cleanliness, nice service people, clean linens and towels, nice amenities in the room. Comfortable beds, room temperature in winter was warm and really nothing to complain about.”

• The people working at the hotel were polite, friendly and helpful.
• I liked everything. It was the first time I booked a hotel room using Priceline. I would do it again.

“The hotel was beautiful. The people working at every level were professional and respectful. They seemed to be quality people and well trained in their jobs. I would book Priceline again in the future. I would love to stay at this hotel again.”

• Location.
• Hallways and room had musty smells - the pool had too much chlorine.

“I was surprised at how old and outdated the hotel was. The room has a musty medicinal spell as did the hallways. I had to wait too long for an elevator and ended up walking up and down the stairs. The garage was a bit complicated to navigate. The room did not have a chair for sitting, only a desk chair. The towels were of low quality.”

• Very convenient to the Metro system.
• The shower was not very clean

“I liked that there was no bed spread on the bed just a coverlet folded at the foot of the bed on top of fresh clean sheets. The shower needed a good cleaning and the sink had a leak. For the price I was very satisfied.”

• Comfort, convenient location, cleanliness.
• Fees for all additional services, facilities such as parking, Internet, continental breakfast was not complimentary as it is in most hotels.

“Conveniently located with pleasant and clean rooms and friendly staff. Continental breakfast wasn't complimentary, each item on the menu was very pricey, the selection of choices rather modest, however the food was fresh and pleasantly presented.”

• The friendliness of the staff plus it has improved from our last visit.
• The room and bathroom is not as clean as in other Hyatts.

is a convenient location in downtown Bethesda. Very friendly staff typical of the Hyatt brand. Still lacks efficiency in many areas. There is room for improvement in the housekeeping department.”

• This hotel is directly above the metro station.
• The walls were very thin.

“This is a good hotel for those that will use the metro. This hotel also have good restaurants. Conveniently located in Bethesda. Hotel was very clean and orderly.”

• The staff were the best I've encountered
• the charge for long distance calls, but they were nice enough to adjust it for me

“The Hyatt Regency in Bethesda was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. My wife, daughter and myself had a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They knew us by name and any request we had was taken care of immediately. The location of the hotel is definitely one of its best assets. Right above the metro and convenient to everything in Bethesda and DC.”

• Layout and cleanliness of the room; there was leftover toothpaste in the room.

“Does not meet star quality. The layout of the room is awkward, desk is outside the bathroom, long hallway inside the room that makes the bed/desk.”

• I liked the fact that the hotel had many amenities.
• I was not too pleased with our room. I have stayed at other Hyatt's and have been pleased, however, the room was not up to par.

• The reception staffs is not friendly.

“Please be careful with video games feature on the TV. Hotel receptionist told me that I used game and they want to charge $4.95 something, I argued that I did not use it and finally they waived. Swimming pool is not like 3.5 star hotel. It is small and crappy.”

• Staff went above and beyond to help with a couple little problems of my own making.
• Charge for parking.

“Located atop the Metro red line, the Hyatt Regency was the perfect location for heading both into and out of town. I only tried one of the on-site restaurants and was pleased with the variety of the menu. The staff was great.”

• Everything was spectacular!
• Having to pay for parking.

“We were provided with a superb guest room which had a skylight type of window created from the overhang. The room was extra spacious, extremely clean and tidy. We slept extra well on the comfortable beds! The on site grille type restaurant was convenient (we didn't want to get dressed up nor pay exorbitant prices to patronize Morton's steakhouse). The onion rings were phenomenal! Although there was some sort of dance competition going on, we were not disturbed in the least. All staff was extraordinarily business like, yet personable and very pleasant. This was the greatest deal we have ever experienced par for a B&B, this was probably the nicest lodging we've stayed at in years!”
