Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[6]

  • Attractive with good amenities.
  • Have to pay to park your car.

“The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We were on the fifth floor but could still hear sounds from the street including sirens and yelling. If the room could be more sound proof and if guests didn't have to pay $10 to park their cars it would be a more enjoyable experience.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Good location, very clean and relaxing too.
  • The room was too small.

“I would've given a five star but with the room size, I have to reduce it to four star. Very nice location, and over all it was relaxing place.”

  • Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
  • Bathroom could have been cleaned better and the air conditioning system was very noisy.

“A nice three star hotel with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The air conditioning system was too noisy.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • Quality bed linens and mattresses and pillows.
  • Had to pay for parking and noise from restaurant drifted to room.

“Excellent hotel for sight-seers because it is in downtown Bethesda. Friendly efficient staff is always available for whatever you need.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • Located very conveniently to commute by Metro, less than 20 minutes to DC.
  • None.

“Located in the heart of the Business District. Inside very worm, hospitable and quite place with grate view. Health club and swimming pool located at the top floor makes it very enjoyable. In the basement you get Metro to commute to DC. Very convenient. Driving to DC takes around 20 minutes. Excellent place to stay.”

“Old Hyatt but still a Hyatt. Internet connection in the room was terrible especially for $10/day. Elevators slow.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • Perfect location above the Bethesda Subway station.
  • Room was dated, shower was broken.

“Very pretty hotel, very convenient to be above the Subway to DC. Only a 10-15 minute ride to the Zoo. Our room was spacious, but a bit dated. The shower was difficult to use because it was broken, something we didn't know until we were ready to leave (we only stayed one night). Parking is a little inconvenient as there seems to only be one small elevator to the garage underneath.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The location was right at the metro.
  • Nothing.

“The location is fantastic. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The room service was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious clean and modern.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • The pool is nice, atrium is beautiful and the Metro station under the hotel.
  • No refrigerator in room, Parking is very expensive, Not enough channels on TV.

“The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly. The atrium is spectacular. I loved the fact that the Metro station was under the hotel. The room was large but didn't have a refrigerator. As an upscale hotel I would have expected that the TV would have had more premium channels instead of having to pay $12.99 to see a movie that can be rented at a local rental place for $2.99. The biggest complain is that the parking garage under the hotel is not owned by the hotel and is very expensive. Hotel Guests should get to park for free. This would be a fine hotel for a convention or a business trip but I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Beautiful lobby. Front desk, housekeeping are great. Right above Metro stop.
  • All of the rooms are open to a large atrium. Lack of privacy because of this structure.

“Great location directly above the Bethesda stop on the Red line. This station has a very steep, high escalator. Take the elevator if you are afraid of heights. Not much privacy as all of the entrances of the rooms are open to a large atrium. Inside, the room was great. Staffed with wonderful people who are very willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs.
  • The high tech alarm clock I couldn't figure out how to set and needed help with.

“To me it was a very pleasurable stay. I was in Bethesda for medical reasons so it was a nice way to escape into a beautiful world. I would love to stay here again when I come back in September.”

  • I liked the location and lay out of the hotel.

“The hotel was very clean, in a great location and met all my needs for a great getaway. It was only 10-15 minutes from DC and about 45 mins from Baltimore as well as Annapolis. Good hotel for the price.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Nice ambiance; friendly staff.
  • Furniture in room showed a little wear.

“An attractive place with a Metro station right there. Outdoor entertainment (dance band) in an adjacent courtyard on my Friday night stay. Plenty of nightlife in the neighborhood. Overall good experience.”
