• It provided very easy access to our daughter's University. We would stay again if we could get a Priceline deal.
• I can't think of anything negative.

“It was convenient as far as it's location, the price was really reasonable, parking was free (a great plus for D.C!) The free breakfast was super, especially the waffles and yogurt. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for our Parent's Weekend at our daughters university.”

• Location.
• Bad odor on the fourth floor.

“We originally checked in and were given a room on the fourth floor. There was a very obvious sewage problem. We asked to be moved to a different floor. The front desk immediately changed our room to the fifth floor. We had an enjoyable time the rest of our stay. Great price for the location. Walk to restaurants and the metro. We love Guapo's next door.”

• The bathroom was spotless; overall very clean.

“Very good value. We had to climb two flights of steps (one outside, one inside) to get to our room in the annex but we didn't mind. The room was charming with dormer window and was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was serve yourself bagels, cereals, etc. and a waffle maker. Very adequate for a good price.”

• Wonderful personnel, location, cleanliness, continental breakfast. Fabulous location, close to everything, many restaraunts in every direction.
• The room needed new mattresses.

“For those traveling to the National Institute of Health, this was a perfect location. The hotel was very nice and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were very updated, clean and comfortable.”

• Safe parking, easy to find, breakfast ok, room clean.
• Shower somewhat weak. 10 min. walk to Metro.

• The room they gave us was noisy and next to the street entrance and restaurant.

• Across the street from the trolley, but only weekdays.
• Very limited breakfast choices, cold rooms, staff unaware of area amenities.

“For the price, definitely not worth it. Housekeeping used strong, unpleasant deodorizer to try to cover the stale and mildew smell of an old building. Room was cold and drafty.”

• Convenient location to the Nat'l Institutes of Health for patients and their families.
• Room was small. Parking difficult and limited.

“Stayed here recently. For the area and expense of surrounding hotels, this is a good value. Convenient location to the NIH for those patients and family members. Parking very limited. Room small. Overall not too bad.”
